The 2024–25 season is the 113th season in the history of Cambridge United Football Club, and their fourth consecutive season in League One. In addition to the domestic league, the club will also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy.

Pre-season and friendlies

On 24 May, Cambridge confirmed their initial pre-season plans, with matches against West Bromwich Albion, Braintree Town, Ebbsfleet United along with a training camp in Portugal.[30] A week later, a fourth friendly was added to the pre-season schedule, versus Colchester United.[31]
