Scope
[edit]- Tropical meteorology covers our main science articles (Tropical cyclone, Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale, Storm surge, and similar), all hurricane meteorologists (Max Mayfield, David M. Roth, Lixion Avila, etc.), tropical forecasting agencies (National Hurricane Center, Regional Specialized Meteorological Centre, etc.), and other assorted articles that don't fit into other task forces (e.g. Hurricane preparedness).
