This is the queue of accepted nominations. Clerks will add new accepted nominations at the bottom. The next Editor of the Week is taken from the top of the list.
Please do not link to the nominee's user or talk page in the same edit as you add your signature!
Just type their name using plain text, or use {{noping}}, and we will replace it with Echo will inform them of their nomination and spoil the surprise. Also, please do not include the editor's name in the section heading because it will appear in watchlist notices. {{User10}} in a way that does not notify the nominee. |

[edit]Over the last few months, I've been seeing the name Rollinginhisgrave (talk · contribs · count · logs) pop up more and more around good article–related processes. I first met them a couple of months ago when they reviewed my nominee and was struck both by the quality of their comments and the pace at which they came. As it turns out, they've done the same for over 60 other articles in just the past three months! They also have a couple of GAs to their name — History of chocolate and Chocolate in savory cooking — with even more sweet things in the oven (so to speak), as evidenced by their user page. Though they've only been active for a few months, I hope you'll join me in recognizing all of the good work they've already managed to accomplish. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 04:15, 6 October 2024 (UTC)

[edit]I nominate Hurricanehink (talk · contribs · count · logs) to be Editor of the Week for being a very friendly editor, and a great person all-around. They are consistently guiding others (such as here, here and here), and are pretty funny (here as one of many examples). They also have a very impressive amount of GAs and FAs: 177 of their 406 (which is impressive in itself) articles are Good Articles, and 31 are Featured. I was very surprised when I saw that they haven't been nominated yet, so here we are. :) SirMemeGod 16:48, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support! They have also helped to promote 24 lists to featured list status, 21 of which are still featured (see WP:WBFLN). Hey man im josh (talk) 13:24, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- And done more than 260 unusually high quality reviews at FAC. A top Wikipedian. Gog the Mild (talk) 14:56, 3 November 2024 (UTC)

[edit]In February of 2018 Editor Mathglot (talk · contribs · count · logs) received the Eddy Award for Civility and Helpfulness. It takes a concerted effort to remain calm and focused in discussions with editors that have article concerns; they feel they have been wronged and deserve their "Day in Court". Mathglot always maintains a constantly positive and congenial conversation while educating the usually new editor and, at the same ime, giving attention to their concerns. One can only guess at the number of editors that have been retained by his ability to create a dialogue (over his 85000 edits). Also, he is one of the veteran Wikipedians who program conditional templates. Buster Seven Talk (UTC) 14:12, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- +1 They were instrumental in the rewrite of Help:Your first article. Very deserving! HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 15:49, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
