In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself.  Not done - this was substantially a copy of the group's website, and so cannot be restored for copyright reasons. It would not be worth making a formal copyright release, because it was also too promotional in tone for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. Read WP:Your first article and make another draft in your own words, making sure you have the references to significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources necessary to establish notability. Net4 is Notable company.

Yesterday, I created Net4 page. User:Virgininfatuation has tagged for deletion and suggest "that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion", I totally agree. But within 15 minute User:Jimfbleak deleted this page, all this happen within 5 hours. This is a panic action by User:Jimfbleak, which is unfortunate. Net4 is a company, founded in year 1985 and was no. 1 position as ISP, Domain registration and Web hosting many years. Company is still no. 1 in Hosting in India. These two files were believed to be in the public domain, and were therefore transwikied to Commons and deleted here in 2011. The public domain conclusion was premised on the fact that the film was published pre-1964 and the assertion that its copyright was never renewed. However, in June 2013, an IP editor noted that the copyright had in fact been renewed, and the film was not in the public domain: [1]. Although this edit was unsourced, and I was initially skeptical (in fact, I initially reverted it as unsourced), I have followed up and confirmed that it was renewed; see renewal registration no. R564909, Dec. 3, 1973, recorded in Catalog of copyright entries. Ser.3 pt.12–13 v.24–27 1970–1973 Motion Pictures. U.S. Copyright Office. 1973. p. 118.

Because of the renewal, the film and its screenshots are not public domain, and will need to be deleted from Commons. However, they certainly are allowable as fair use, so I'd like them to be restored here before I move to delete from Commons, to retain their origin and history, as required by the applicable CC or GFDL license and to avoid the article The Story of Menstruation being messed up. Not done - this article has not been restored because it does not appear to meet our guidelines for inclusion of articles about people. In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning people will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject.
Wikipedia is not a place for people to write about themselves; also, you should read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors. JohnCD (talk) 11:34, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

Not done. Sorry, but restoring this would be a waste of your time and ours. You wrote: "Hi Viewers .... This gonna to be alumini site", and it just contained a list of the students in your class; but Wikipedia is not a web-host for that kind of thing. It is believed many people who contributed to this article were either unaware of the deletion process or unable to participate. It is suggested to restore the article for a further debate and improvement. Otherwise please move it to my user space as I'm the original author. WSF (talk) 17:13, 26 September 2013 (UTC)

Not done - as this was deleted after the deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Feathercoin, it will not be restored here. You should approach the administrator who closed the discussion, user Mark Arsten (talk), and ask him to userfy the page for you; failing that, you may apply at WP:Deletion review. Greater_Talent_Network

Greater Talent Network is a world-leading speakers bureau company based in New York City and has been such since it's foundation in 1982. There have been several articles created (several more which are not on the internet as they were written prior to articles being stored on the internet) and I can take pictures of these and provide them for proof. We are not advertising. we would like to simply continue to broaden our digital footprint by educating others on our company. There are other companies just like Greater Talent network with active wikipedia pages. Please pin-point exactly where it is unambiguously advertising or promoting our site, where there is no direct online source provided so this can be fixed and placed back up on wikipedia. We apparently been having this problem since 2005 and would like it resolved. Thank you, Lauren Digital Marketing Project Manager of Greater Talent Network, Inc. -LaurenLaFranca (talk) 00:16, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

Not done. The reason you are having this problem, and the reason articles about GTN have now been deleted seven times, is that although you say "We are not advertising", you are in fact trying to use Wikipedia to promote your company, and that is not what an encyclopedia is for. You are paid to tell the story the company wants to tell the world about itself, but Wikipedia is extremely resistant to being used in that way.
If you really cannot see that "world-leading... a perennial leader... the world’s most dynamic speakers... One of the world's premier speakers bureaus... the most interesting and inspiring stories... " is promotional PR-speak, then you are too close to your subject to be able to write about it from the neutral point of view that Wikipedia requires. This sort of thing is the reason why Wikipedia strongly discourages editing by anyone with a WP:Conflict of interest such as your position gives you.
We would prefer that you wait until someone not connected with or paid by the company thinks it interesting enough to write about, but if you want to proceed you should start by reading the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide and then start with a clean sheet and write a draft article in your user space for an uninvolved editor to check. I will give advice on your user talk page in a day or so. JohnCD (talk) 11:03, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

Please let me further work on the article

Comment:: I see that you have re-created it, but note the deletion log for your first version: it was deleted not for lack of references (you would have been given ten days to fix that) but as a blatant advertisement requiring speedy deletion. I have removed the single most promotional paragraph from your new version, but if it is to be kept it still needs work to make it less like a press release in tone: beware of "peacock terms" like "prestigious" and "inspirational", and be aware of Wikipedia's policies WP:Neutral point of view and WP:Verifiability. Kylie Rae Harris

This article was deleted because of the alleged insignificance of this particular musical artist, but that is false. Kylie Rae Harris is featured in a nationally syndicated television show: Troubadour, TX, and is referenced frequently in that Wiki article. Kylie's latest release was also featured on the front page of Itunes, which is far from "insignificance". -Sgrod91 (talk) 19:30, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

(Non-administrator comment) Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Daniel Pappoe (2nd nomination), it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user postdlf (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. --Mdann52talk to me! 18:20, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
