Hi, I'm JazzClam, I looked through the Teahouse today and noticed you placed a question regarding whether or not all the members of the german parliament are notable enough to have their own wikipedia article, Since I am not a Teahouse host I could not answer your question in the teahouse but I'd like to give you my take on it. I think that if a member of parliament has enough information on him or her to warrant a full wikipedia article they are notable enough. In my limited experience on wikipedia the notability of a person matters when placing them on an article that is not specifically about them or a group they are in. For example, if I wanted to put youtubers that play a video game on that video game's wikipedia page, they would have to be notable, as the game's page is not about them or a group they are in. If you were to make a wikipedia page for them however, their notability does not matter, since it is their own wikipedia page. So in this case, their notability does not matter as if it is a list of all the members of parliament, they are in that group and need to be included. But do all members need their own page? Technically yes, they all could, but would be very hard to include large thorough pages on all of them, so perhaps only the particularly notable or famous ones would get a page while all others would be on a list. Note that I am relatively new and this is just my take on it, always listen to teahouse hosts or more experienced editors before me. JazzClam (talk) 14:32, 22 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Vegetarianism by country, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 10:11, 16 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Material scientist, I am new in Wikipedia and I have edited the article based on my experiences as a vegetarian in Bangladesh . Also I belong to the Hindu community there. So I think my article does not contain any misinformation. I can not mention any source as there is no effective source online and offline currently to verify my statement. I will implore you to judge my logics and work accordingly. Thank you. Ppt2003 (talk) 11:25, 16 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Sjö. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sjö (talk) 07:07, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Joseph Butore requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Re: Jair Bolsonaro

[edit]

Not necessarily. First, the information is dated and not correct. At 15 July 2019, Adelio was acquitted, true. However, in the following day, Bolsonaro announced he wouldn't appeal the decision (the brazilian Public Prosecutor's Office made a similar declaration) and the case was considered closed, and it has been for nearly two years by now (source, in portuguese). Just a few days ago, prosecutors made public their final report on the case, but neither Bolsonaro nor any member of his administration have made any comments about it.

So, to sum up, the information you posted was outdated, and not entirely accurate. At best, the article should mentioned that the guy is serving his sentence in a hospital for mentally ill people and that the case is closed. Coltsfan (talk) 16:38, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Aleksey Vagov

[edit]

Hello, Ppt2003. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Aleksey Vagov".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 23:23, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Please make sure that you're including all of the necessary information in your references. Using a bare URL without additional information can mean the source will be lost if the link ever stops working. Also, make sure you're not using opinionated language like "humiliating" in articles.
