Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Box. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Like the warning suggests, I didn't think what you did was vandalism. I just didn't see a good reason in your summary for why you removed it. No problem. Sorry for the confusion. Limonns (talk) 18:22, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your pattern of edits suggests a conflict of interest in editing Wikipedia articles

[edit]

Wikipedia is clear about corporate editing of articles. Do you have a conflict of interest? Flowanda | Talk 10:53, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please be specific about your point. What are you trying to say? Pkgx (talk) 17:36, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
As an experienced editor, you should have no misunderstanding of what WP:COI or WP:SPAM means, so don't look to me for clarification or defence. Flowanda | Talk 03:17, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Box split

[edit]

I take it from your handle that you're a packaging expert or some such. This does't mean you should assume a right to unilaterally restructure articles when you get pushback. On cardboard box, response to the talk page; if you feel a content split would be most appropriate, post the appropriate tag; if you don't know how, ask. Dicklyon (talk) 17:24, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

BCT

[edit]

As I can read you are a packaging expert. Me too; one of my weaknesses is my insufficient knowledge of the english language. Nevertheless I wanted to know why you did delete my reference about McKee and the correlation between BCT and the McKee-formular. Actually I wanted to complette the article with detailed onformation about that formular. Verpacker Ing. (talk) 11:44, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi Pkgx! Just wondering what your reasons are for tagging Tape Wrangler with {{advert}}. I'd be happy to fix it (especially considering it's only two lines long), but I was wondering what areas you had a concern with. Thanks in advance, Arbitrarily0 (talk) 18:24, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Packaging and Labeling: Not sure why you deleted packaging degreed programs from PKG and labeling. These are not represented under PKG engineer as you stated. Caps in refs

[edit]

Hi, I don't mind your upcasing those titles again, but generally the practice is that title case can be downcased for an external link without there being an issue about changing an original. WP:MOS has a section on allowable typographical changes. Tony (talk) 15:43, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation to wikiFeed

[edit]

Hi Pkgx,

I'm part of a team that is researching ways to help Wikipedia editors find interesting content to contribute to Wikipedia. More specifically, we are investigating whether content from news sources can be used to enhance Wikipedia editing. We have created a tool, called wikiFeed, that allows you to specify Twitter and/or RSS feeds from news sources that are interesting to you. wikiFeed then helps you make connections between those feeds and Wikipedia articles. We believe that using this tool may be a lot of fun, and may help you come up with some ideas on how to contribute to Wikipedia in ways that interest you. Please participate! To do so, complete this survey and follow this link to our website. Once you're there, click the "create an account" link to get started.

For more information about wikiFeed, visit our project page. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via my talk page, or by email at wikifeedcc@gmail.com. We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy playing with wikiFeed!

Waste diagram

[edit]

Hello!. First of all, excuse me my [only] intermediate level of English helped by Google Translator.

First of all, after I translated the diagram Waste hierarchy.svg to Catalan, I did not like it content, because pyramid shape does not make any sense. This is how I liked the Hebrew version (Waste hierarchy Hebrew new.svg) with rectangular shape.

We wanted to capture all the elements involved in the generation and management of waste, so that the diagram becomes a discussion instrument for education or, simply, to illustrate the different items. So it had to be simple and complete at the same time.

For example, I extended in the reduction. And it is in this item where I thought it appropriate to add an "scope". The reason is that too often the importance of reduction is positioned as a personal thing; so that the other areas could be visualized: familiar, communitary (here, it can be either from an association, to a municipality, or a state, etc.).

Thus, this diagram is the result of my reflection (and research), and the corrections and extensions of an environment specialist (Nuria Vidal).

In the first place we made a version in Catalan that we were improving. Later I made translations to Spanish and English. The English version was reviewed by an English friend (Didac Ettinghausen).

If you believe that the scope items must be changed for personal, household, community (or communitarian, as adjective?) and business, then I change it.

Thank you so much and soon.

Unfortunately, content you added to Food packaging appears to be a minority or fringe viewpoint, and appears to have given undue weight to this minority viewpoint, and has been reverted. To maintain a neutral point of view, an idea that is not broadly supported by scholarship in its field must not be given undue weight in an article about a mainstream idea. About package pilferage notability

[edit]

I have created an article about package theft as you have obviously seen. However, on further investigation, I've not found much evidence that "package pilferage" refers to the theft of the contents of a package. It seems to be used interchangeably with "package theft", such as in this article. Is there any reliable source that actually defines it as a separate term? Otherwise, it might be better off merged or as a subsection.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 20:04, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
