SuperStar (Czech TV series) listed at Redirects for discussion

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect SuperStar (Czech TV series) to the article SuperStar (Czech and Slovak TV series). Since you had some involvement with the SuperStar (Czech TV series) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Multiple accounts

[edit]

Is there a reason you need these 14 accounts?

Are there more? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 05:19, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No, there aren't any more accounts. Would you like me to delete any of them? All of these (except Seed of Cosmo 15087, which I'll use when editing on school computers) are doppleganger accounts. Do you think I'm a sock puppeteer or something? Sorry if I offended you. SONIC678 (Let’s hang out) 14:23, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. You did not offend me. I do not think you are a sockpuppet. Please do not make any more accounts. Please edit constructively. Thank you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 17:11, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I'll stop doing that. I'll make constructive edits and not accounts. SONIC678 (Let’s hang out) 17:12, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. :) Anna Frodesiak (talk) 17:30, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Jar-Jar Binks redirects

[edit]

Greetings, are all these redirects absolutely necessary? They really come off like using Wikipedia as a WP:SOAPBOX of the negative kind. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 21:53, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The page Jar Jar Binks has all these redirects to it. So would you like me to stop making all these "negative" redirects? If you say yes, please tell me why. SONIC678 (Let’s hang out) 21:55, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to WP:RFD

[edit]

It looked like you were having some trouble nominating a redirect, so I completed it for you. I'd recommend checking out WP:TWINKLE. It's a semi-automated tool that makes nominating things for deletion a lot easier. -- Tavix (talk) 03:17, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello! While I understand your good faith edits, please do not add WikiProject banners to the talk pages of links that are simply redirects to disambiguation pages. If links such as Epic (film) and Ice Age (film) are later turned into separate disambiguation pages, then it will be appropriate to tag them as Disambig-Class articles, but otherwise it is unnecessary to add those redirects to the project. Thanks! Fortdj33 (talk) 15:19, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks for the advice. SONIC678|Hang out with me! 16:37, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about being back late...

Hey! Sorry about being back late. Where I live, it's August 10, and I was on vacation and didn't remove the notice. I had fun too. :) SONIC678|Hang out with me! 00:44, 11 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

IP Block Exemption

[edit]

As noted on your alternate account's talk page, I've granted that account IP block exemption because it is being used at a school which also has disruptive users and thus is likely to become IP blocked. I'm leaving a note here just so you notice, in case you don't check that talk page. Thanks, Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 18:16, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion notices

[edit]

If you use a tool to notify a user about a deletion discussion, it makes default assumptions. Therefore you have to think for it, if you are using it in circumstances it wasn't designed for. In this case you left me a link to rfd for 7 April when the discussion is on the page for 6 April.

All the best: Rich Farmbrough (the apparently calm and reasonable) 06:48, 7 April 2020 (UTC).[reply]

Got it. I've updated the redirect's link as well. Regards, SONIC678 14:48, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Relisting

[edit]

You may want to read this excerpt from RGUIDE before relisting any further discussions: If a good-faith RfD nomination proposes to delete a redirect and has no discussion, the default result is delete. — J947 (user | cont | ess), at 21:25, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Jay ess wye kay

[edit]

It's em before zee, not zee before em.

(Lots of people get it wrong, so I take no offense, but since you've voted per "Tazmin" three times at RfD now, thought I'd correct you before you try to ping an account that doesn't exist.)

All the best, -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 04:26, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And another JSYK, re this: When tagging a page with {{subst:RfD}} to bundle with an ongoing discussions from a previous UTC day, set the parameter days=n, where n is how many days since that log day. So for instance here I passed days=1 to make it output a date of the 14th rather than the 15th. If you're doing it with Twinkle, you can just go edit the redirect after Twinkle's done its work, and change the day parameter manually, as I did here. (Yes, editing something above the "Don't edit anything above here" line. How scandalous!) -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 22:47, 15 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

[edit]

Thank you for fixing the mess that I made in RfD, it's my first time tagging multiple pages on RfD and twinkle didn't help either, could you advise me on what I'd done wrong or what I missed? Gratefully - Kevo327 (talk) 17:19, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

OK. The last four pages, those I tagged, weren't tagged the first time. Did you try using Twinkle on those? If you did, did an error occur? Let me know and hopefully I can help you with this. Regards, SONIC678 18:12, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Sonic678, I noticed you nominated Dil Chahta Hai (soundtrack) at RfD, but I couldn't find any log entry for this redirect on the 2 October log page. It looks like you added it at first but then later removed. Could you please take a look and fix it when you get a chance? – DreamRimmer (talk) 08:10, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I meant to nominate Dil Chahta Hai (sountrack) (which I think is what you meant; Dil Chahta Hai (soundtrack) is the article itself), but I'm not sure what happened—I think it didn't appear on the page when I sent it to RfD. I'll get that taken care of. Regards, SONIC678 13:36, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It should appear now in the "Soundracks and sountracks" section. I hope that'll help. Regards, SONIC678 13:52, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
