Religion in South Korea
Greetings! Sorry about this edit[1] at the article Religion in South Korea. I really don't have any clue what I was doing since even the Edit Summary I left tells the totally opposite! :-P Jayaguru-Shishya (talk) 13:55, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Jayaguru-Shishya: It's cool, we all do it. :-) Kind of gets confusing once in a while... Ogress smash! 20:38, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Ogress: Yeah, it indeed is :-D ...but hey! Aren't you also editing the Vajravārāhī article?. I was wondering if you could give me your opinion about providing links to Google Books sources? For example, Simmer-Brown, Judith. 2014. Dakini's Warm Breath: The Feminine Principle in Tibetan Buddhism is available at Google Books, so should we include the URL to the citation, or omit the link? :-P Jayaguru-Shishya (talk) 15:30, 23 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Jayaguru-Shishya: I usually do if I'm using the cite book template because you can link to a specific page. I'm not sure what wikiquette is for this, I did see someone say "we're not giving free publicity" but I found that kind of confusing. Ogress smash! 19:10, 23 April 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, I find it rather confusing as well. I always add the Google Books URL whenever available since naturally, it helps a lot in verifying the material. I also didn't find any policy implying that we should avoid linking there since it would be some sort of "favoritism". We were discussing the matter at User Talk:Jayaguru-Shishya#Google Books with Skyerise, and it seems she arguments for giving the plain ISBN, since that's how the reader is free to choose between Google Books, Amazon, etc. I think that's her own interpretation though, and not really supported by any existing policy or guideline. Comparing Google Books to Amazon isn't really appropriate in my opinion, since Google displays the material for free whereas Amazon is a commercial market place (please correct me if I'm wrong). I also don't really understand how is it better to force the reader to go through a Wikipedia ISBN search before being able to access the source.
- Anyway, I think I might ask some experienced editor, such as Cullen328 (I am a regular talk page stalker at his page :-D ), to give his opinion about this. Cheers! Jayaguru-Shishya (talk) 09:00, 24 April 2015 (UTC)

Osho on Tilopa
Wit ref to your reversion of Osho's ref to Tilopa... Kindly explain how Osho is not relevant as he has dedicated a book on Tilopa which was cited in the article... The insights are useful and can be used to arouse interest in Tilopa...
Waiting for your response... Dilara.adim Dilara.adim (talk) 05:05, 27 April 2015 (UTC)
