'CON' Commander of the Order of the Niger which is a national award conferred by the Nigerian president on deserving individuals. This award was conferred on the subject. Regarding the maintainance template on Umana Okon Umana

Please don't remove the maintainace template on Umana Okon Umana as it still has issue. Such as it is has various WP:PEACOCK term, I cannot verify if it's true.
