- @Sparklism: Thanks and no worries about the delay—I'm aware that we all have a real life outside this site. Yes, I'm thinking about taking it to DYK and will nominate it soon. I'm not a very big fan of DYKs but that part of the article can be very interesting for the general reader. I will let you know when it is done. Cheers :) --Niwi3 (talk) 18:12, 13 May 2015 (UTC)

DYK for Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star
On 28 May 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that one can hear parts of Sonic Youth's 1987 album Sister in quiet sections of the band's 1994 album Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star, because it was recorded over the same master tapes? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Don't worry
I didn't lose or misrepresent anything of importance, all of your refs are used and properly. It's all just expansions, shuffles and small fixes. I see your protective of this but there's no need to worry really.
Thanks for your work on RE articles, keep it up. --AggressiveNavel (talk) 07:08, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
commas
If you want to leave out the commas that I added to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Can_Hear_the_Heart_Beating_as_One, it won't be the end of the world, of course, but it is technically correct to place a comma after the year when a date that includes the year appears in the middle of a sentence:
http://www.thepunctuationguide.com/comma.html
When the date appears in the middle of a sentence, commas should appear both before and after the year.
Her arrival on April 10, 1988, was considered a turning point for the company.
wikilinks are done on the first occurrence in the body of the article (not considereing the lead).
You see that comma used less and less often these days, but the old rules still apply.
Thanks, Rwcass75
Lead vs. body re: Wiki links
Hi there. You said "(wikilinks are done on the first occurrence in the body of the article (not considereing the lead)." Rather than arguing, since you may be correct, can you point me to where in Wiki rules it states this? In fact, would also like to know where it states that the article lead is considered as something separate from the article itself? I am a professional journalist and have a journalism degree, and to my knowledge, the lead is considered the beginning of the article, not a separate section entirely. I will refrain from further edits of this nature while waiting for your evidence to the contrary. Thanks. Greg Fasolino (talk) 21:11, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
FAC comments
Hey Niwi, are you available for some FA input on Kill 'Em All at the nomination page? The nom has staled in the past couple of weeks, so your comments will be much appreciated.--Retrohead (talk) 08:00, 25 July 2015 (UTC)
- If you're busy to make a detailed review on Kill 'Em All, perhaps you can do a brief source check on Master of Puppets? There are already few comments about that at the nomination page, but the coordinator wants a proper report for reliability.--Retrohead (talk) 11:53, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for August 1
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Alien: Isolation, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page EMP. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

PlayStation Power
Hi. I've been working on Guilty Gear (video game) foor a good time but it has been difficult to find sources to completely source its gameplay. I've already exhausted all the sources I have and it has been difficult to find more reviews. Recently, I discovered MobyGames lists the game's reviews. And it says there's a review in the April 2000 issue of Playstation Power. MobyGames don't have it, neither do Internet Archive. You may be wondering why I'm telling you this. And the answer is this edit. Through Wikipedia search I discovered Resident Evil 3: Nemesis use it as a source. And though it's not the issue I want, you found an edition that is not in the Internet Archive. Could you help me to find the issue I want? Gabriel Yuji (talk) 05:35, 5 August 2015 (UTC)

jpg vs png
As for the "unexplained image change": I only use images in png format as they providea much higher quality than the blurry jpg stuff. LordRapture (talk) 18:02, 14 October 2015 (UTC)
