Notability and conflict of interest

On two of the talk pages of the articles you created (Talk:Kitemba Hotel and Talk:NAM Hotel), you said that the article had been "created under contraction". Can you please explain what that means? Did someone pay you to create these articles?

Just so you are aware, Wikipedia does not accept articles about businesses just because they exist. They must first meet Wikipedia's notability criteria to be considered worthy of inclusion. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:54, 2 October 2017 (UTC)

You appear to have a close connection to the subject on Wikipedia that raises concerns about a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. Anyone with a conflict of interest must avoid or exercise great caution when:

1. editing articles related to you, your family or colleagues, your organization or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,
2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);

Ways to improve Juliana Shonza

Hi, I'm Megalibrarygirl. Ng'hwebele, thanks for creating Juliana Shonza!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This is a good start, but some areas of the article do not have references. All information on Wikipedia should be referenced. I'll see what I can find, but if you have more references, please add them! :)

The Category: entries listed on a Category: page should be other categories of which this one is a sub-topic, not restating this same Category itself. So Category:Bushiri Ward should not list "[[Category:Bushiri Ward]]", but instead other higher-level topics that have categories, such as Category:Wards in Tanga. Tanzanian wards

Thank you for writing these, Tanzania is grossly underrepresented in the English Wikipedia. I noticed however that the population and the reference are copied from an article to an article. In at least one case (Ndato) the reference was incorrect, because it did not list the ward the article was about. Could you please gace a lok and correct as soon as possible.
