. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 23:04, 10 August 2021 (UTC)Irreligious Atheism moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Irreligious Atheism, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your contributed article, List of notable former hindus who left Hinduism and became Irreligious or atheist
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, List of notable former hindus who left Hinduism and became Irreligious or atheist. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – List of converts to nontheism#Former Hindus. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at List of converts to nontheism#Former Hindus. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. ... discospinster talk 13:59, 26 August 2021 (UTC)

- @Yamaguchi先生: This user has not refined from disruptive behavior, given that their contributions are either non-constructive, content removal or blatantly getting reverted, which is clearly WP:NOTHERE. I suggest infinite block to avoid further disruption. Thanks, WikiLinuz (talk) 17:48, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- Since the other admin wasn't around, I shall ping a currently active administrator. @Daniel Case: Could you mind taking care of this? Thanks, WikiLinuz (talk) 18:26, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- @WikiLinuz: Is this last edit not good? It looks well-intended to me and hasn't been reverted. Daniel Case (talk) 22:01, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Daniel Case: There are multiple issues with that Antireligion article—which I don't wanna go into here—other than the fact that most of the WP:ICs are primary. That edit that you're referring to was reverted for the reasons mentioned in summary. Please have a look at their contributions list; they're intentionally disruptive for which they're previously blocked for 2 weeks by the admin User:Yamaguchi先生. Most of their contributions on Wikipedia are straight out WP:NOTHERE, I could list 10s of them—since there aren't many useful ones—but I think one could make the assessment fairly straightforward. I suggest an infinite block to avoid further disruption. WikiLinuz (talk) 22:17, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- @WikiLinuz: Is this last edit not good? It looks well-intended to me and hasn't been reverted. Daniel Case (talk) 22:01, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
I written everything with proper sources. Check those sources before reverting it. You just reverted it for your propaganda. Mr.nothing anonymous (talk) 22:12, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
OK. I'm having some trouble understanding how we can consider a notable essay written by (or at least attributed to) a notable person, whose article has a subsection on his atheism and categorizes him so, is somehow not a reliable source to justify that edit. It seems that WikiLinuz thinks a secondary source is needed, WP:ABOUTSELF notwithstanding. Why? Daniel Case (talk) 22:27, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- The essay is considered notable because there exist reliable secondary sources which pillar its notability; the subsection of the person also cites secondary sources, which they could've copied. Interpretation of the primary material and drawing conclusions is a violation of WP:NOR. This isn't the first time; they lack WP:COMPETENCE, which other editors warned them about multiple times. WikiLinuz (talk) 22:44, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
@WikiLinuz why you are reverting lingam and blasphemy laws edits for your propaganda? I have cited multiple sources from scriptures and authentic websites. Mr.nothing anonymous (talk) 10:05, 24 October 2021 (UTC)

[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Hindus into Hindu denominations. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 01:26, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

. Abecedare (talk) 22:00, 15 June 2022 (UTC) Administrator note The edit that precicipitated this block was this one in which you copied-and-pasted text from this cite. What made it worse was, (1) that you have been repeatedly warned about copyright violations and plagiarism, including very recently, and (2) the copied text was added to the article lede without any regards for the context, punctuation or flow. The latter problem is also seen in your recent edit to Jawaharlal Nehru, which caused the resultant sentence to read as, Described as "Secular Humanist", and styling himself as a "scientific humanist"...
; also the second citation you provided for the edit contains neither the word "secular" nor "humanist". And in your other recent edit, you deleted a paragraph from the lede of Oedipus complex , even though the content was supported in the body of the article as is consistent with MOS:LEADCITE.
Those are some of the problems with just your three most recent edits; you have been amply warned about other issues as seen by the messages on your talkpage. Once your current block expires, you need to take greater care in following wikipedia policies and guidelines, because editing in the current vein is likely to see you blocked for longer persiods, or even indefinitely.
