Re-initiating INCOTM

[edit]

It's been almost an year since "Indian collaboration of the month" was active. Firstly we need to restart this as soon as possible for development of India-related articles to greater heights. The members page was blanked, where many of them are inactive. This mass message is to all the members of WikiProject India, about this and interested editors interested will sign up. After this message gets delivered, we'll wait for 7 days before we start a discussion under a thread on the collaboration's talk page, among the members. The discussion will include what to clean-up of sub-pages, a new set of guidelines for smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the collaboration etc. Please keep all the discussions under this thread only, so that it will easier for future reference. DELSORT'ing

[edit]

Thanks for the efforts you've put into delsorting a few things. I've noticed that you've used curly braces instead of square brackets surrounding the article names in the edit summary. That doesn't make the discussion linked in the watchlist, which is what some of the other script options do, and which many folks, including me, prefer to save a step--why click to the list when I can just click right through to the discussion in question? Cheers, Jclemens (talk) 09:17, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Jclemens: I hadn't noticed that. Thanks for letting me know, will keep in mind here onwards. Mark the trainDiscuss 12:52, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of Kolly Buzz? You can find the reference to the source carrying the most followed digital media website accounts on twitter in south india: https://twitter.com/KollywudCinema/status/705294964616536064 Zu.balaji (talk) 17:51, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Zu.balaji: Wikipedia is not interested in what the company has to say about itself either through social media contents or its own website. References have to be third party publications with the articles having significant coverage in reliable sources. In the case of Kolly Buzz, having the fourth largest number of 'followers' doesn't entitle a brand/company to stake claims on market share; one has to demonstrate notability to merit an article on Wikipedia. On another note, if you have any conflict of interest regarding an article, you need to disclose it on your user page; not doing so might lead to an account being handed a ban. The best way to submit articles in such cases is through WP:AFC. Mark the trainDiscuss 18:19, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Pablo Escobar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Geographic (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Dear Sir, Mark the train, I have added references to the article Fortis Bangalore. Can you please take a look and let me know your thoughts? 117.192.80.45 (talk) 03:47, 24 November 2017 (UTC)Annakoppad[reply]

I've done some cleanup but would prefer merging it with Fortis Healthcare. Others will hopefully expand the article with other cities having equal importance with details. MT TrainDiscuss 06:26, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2017 election voter message

[edit]

Hello, Mark the train. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback granted

[edit]

Hi Mark the train. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! TonyBallioni (talk) 14:12, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Db tag at Karhade Brahmin

[edit]

Hi, I don't really understand your addition of {{db}} here. The entire point of the See also entry would appear to be that there are other Maharashtrian Brahmin groups. If you feel it is inappropriate to link to the dab page for those groups then surely the solution is to add a dabhat and remove the See also section, not tag the See also entry? - Sitush (talk) 14:40, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Sitush, I was unaware of the reason as to why such a page was added to the See also section, as I've never seen that before. Anyways I've undone my edit. Thanks, MT TrainDiscuss 14:57, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I hadn't noticed it until you tagged. FWIW, I've even seen categories listed in See also sections, which seems even more weird to me. I suppose it is all a case of WP:IAR. - Sitush (talk) 15:00, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: A Bank for the Buck

Hello Mark the train, and thanks for patrolling new pages! SoWhy 07:49, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Mark. While I share your opinion on the possibility of IP-socking in the AFD, I think you should undo your last comment. You could add a {{subst:Afdnewuser}} to the latest IP !vote instead. A filing at SPI is a possibility. Sam Sailor 12:03, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the tag for now, but an Afdnewuser would be inappropriate considering there are more edits under that IP. MT TrainDiscuss 12:10, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Suspicions about socking should be filed at SPI. When an IP appears out of nowhere and has no recent edits, as is the case with 8.37.225.53 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), they are regarded as a new user, and an Afdnewuser tag is appropriate. Had it been a named account, the case would be different, and {{Spa}} would have been the template to consider. Sam Sailor 13:04, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Supporting Indian Wikipedia Program resource distribution

[edit]

In 2017 - 2018, the Wikimedia Foundation and Google working in close coordination with the Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), Wikimedia India chapter (WMIN) and user groups will pilot a program encouraging Wikipedia communities to create locally relevant and high-quality content in Indian languages. This program (Code name: Project Tiger) will:

(a) Support active and experienced Wikipedia editors through the donation of laptops and stipends for internet access and
(b) Sponsor a language-based contest that aims to address existing Wikipedia content gaps.

The objective of the program is to provide laptops and internet stipends for existing editors who need support to contribute more actively. 50 basic model Acer Chromebooks and Internet stipends for 100 contributors are available for distribution. Provided resources are the sole property of the beneficiaries and should be used for the betterment of the movement.

If you're an active Wikimedian, and interested to receive support from this project, please apply. It will take around 10 minutes of your time, and will ask descriptive questions about your contribution to Indic Wikimedia projects.

Hi Mark, I went through WP Media which states a Television Channel is a notable media owing to its public interest. It is a regional TV Channel and has a significant coverage in the state Chhattisgarh. It has about 40k followers and subscribers on FB and YouTube, constantly serving its viewers from over an year (UserID @inhnewsindia). It is a satellite television and has a distinct mention on in INSAT4. — Preceding unsigned comment added by G.swapnil (talkcontribs) 05:28, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please check my article once again I improve it every day I added many references regarding this article.. It's a real person biography. Please sir check again and remove the tag of Artucles for deletion/Swastika Dutta. Rakhi (talk) 12:08, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Rakhi Das, there are no reliable sources to support the works of the subject in the article. The issues still persist as I see it now. The first reference leads to a Google search (really?), the second and third to Hotstar, yet another source apart from YouTube that should be avoided as they give no objective information than a video of her work. The fourth source is a Bengali tabloid that presents an interview with the subject— this is more of a primary source, again unreliable. The last source does nothing more than provide the subject's first name.
You might want to have a look at articles of other actors in India's local cinemas or television to having an idea of the quality and amount of sourcing. Yes, I've come across many that are poorly sourced, and they are as prone to deletion as your article. Meanwhile, you can try your best to improve the article while the AfD discussion is still on; there are articles that get better upon nomination to be saved (Here is how I rewrote an article upon nomination, resulting in the nomination being withdrawn). On yet another note, she might be a case of WP:TOOSOON, and sources might be available in the future when she's more notable. MT TrainTalk 13:51, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry but she is notable enough to get a biography page on your wikipedia. She is an indian Television actress she awarded for her work. She worked with Koushani Mukherjee, Bonny Sengupta, Raj Chakraborty and many others they belong from same industry and they hold same respected position in the industry. If they have their biography page on your wikipedia why Swastika Dutta doesn't get same respect from your wikipedia. Please sir make it publish and remove the deletion log. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rakhi Das (talkcontribs) 14:26, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

As 331dot mentioned, the nomination cannot be removed nor can I withdraw it without a justification, which there isn't as the article stands in the present condition. MT TrainTalk 14:39, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ivecos, please I've restored the listing on the Europe/General list. Softlavender (talk) 11:37, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Softlavender: The article is not about the... institutions and museums but the foundation or organisation that owns and runs those institutions. And they're based in Germany (Aachen). Placing it in Germany means placing it in Europe too. (See Europe#Germany) By applying your logic, it should be under People and Women deletion lists too? (Say Per the article's title) and looking at lead, USA is also mentioned!  Ivecos (t) 16:57, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Swing Swindlers

[edit]

I have hard time understanding, what the user Smerus has against my listing. How can an orchestra verify itself properly, if not through reviews and record label websites? This seems a case of political harassment, as the user Smerus's page identifies him as a hardcore communist sympathizer (an ideology, which is deemed criminal in my country among many others). If a person is 'unable' to verify links in a foreign language, I don't think he should be allowed to exercise his censorship on Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martsander (talkcontribs) 03:11, 7 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Mark the train: thanks for adding sources to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Evelyn_Bourke I have added in more. I would appreciate your feedback/advice on the suitability for publication. Thanks for your help. Cheers Andrewbyron (talk) 14:15, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The draft looks decent enough at this point and is likely to be accepted into the mainspace. Still, I'd advise you to restructure and paraphrase the 'Career' section (ideally 2-3 paragraphs) in a better way as it sounds more like a resume/profile and might be tagged as such. Further, Bourke established a new strategy focusing the organisation on three core strategic pillars, delivering for its customers, employees loving working at Bupa and strong and sustainable performance would be considered ambiguous and vague, and needs elaboration in simple terms. Expanding the career beyond each employer and role might help. You could also use the Infobox to summarize the article. I've placed a template on the page, so you can click 'submit draft' once finished. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 16:16, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Mark the train: I took you feedback on board and edited the careers section - agree it sounded very CV like. I have just stripped it back and summarised as suggested. Would you mind taking a look to see if I've missed anything or If anything else is needed? I submitted it for review as suggested. I understand there is a large backlog and this will take a while...

Andrewbyron (talk) 15:56, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Andrewbyron, I have further made some minor changes to the draft by reducing the number of paragraphs and shifting the educational qualification to the related section. The draft is almost certain to be accepted as and when a reviewer goes through it. As for further improvements, I'd like you to be specific with the place Tipperary as it leads to a disambiguation page. As mentioned earlier, an Infobox would help as well, as it's one of the things that most editors look into for a summary of the article. Also, please indent while conversing on talk pages. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 07:45, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there. I notice that you AfD'd the article "Prashant Kanojiya" despite my speedy delete template not having been contested. Ah, I have just noticed the two contests of the speedy on the talk page. One of them is invalid and the other is not very convincing. However, does this count as a successfully contested speedy? DesertPipeline (talk) 13:21, 20 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I followed Twinkle to propose deleting Online Etymology Dictionary, as you suggested, but it’s not on the Articles for deletion log. Is this normal, or if not, what's wrong? Thank you. deisenbe (talk) 09:32, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Deisenbe: Once you've installed Twinkle, purge the page. Then go to the article, press the TW tab at the top and click on XFD. Click on Unknown and choose the category, write the rationale for deletion and press Submit query. That's it! Could you please try again. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 11:03, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Purge (blank?) which page? deisenbe (talk) 11:07, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Deisenbe: Purge in other words is to clear the cache, just to ensure Twinkle has been installed correctly. If you've already installed Twinkle, please proceed by going to Online Etymology Dictionary and follow the steps I mentioned. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 11:10, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea what to do at this point. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Online_Etymology_Dictionary&diff=next&oldid=831602196. deisenbe (talk) 20:06, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Deisenbe: I'll nominate it on your behalf for now, but please consider installing twinkle and read the manual accompanying it. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 00:17, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have alreadyinstalled Twinkle and read the manual. What I don’t understand is, what the next step is, something I haven’t done already through Twinkle. On the Twinkle dropdown menu which should I choose? deisenbe (talk) 01:17, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

As said earlier, it's XFD for normal deletion. It does show you that if you hover the cursor over that option. MT TrainTalk 01:25, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Project Tiger Writing Contest

[edit]

In 2017 – 2018, the Wikimedia Foundation and Google working in close coordination with the Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), Wikimedia India Chapter (WMIN) and user groups from India, are piloting a program encouraging Wikipedia communities to create locally relevant and high-quality content in Indian languages. This program will (a) support active and experienced Wikipedia editors through the donation of laptops and stipends for internet access and (b) sponsor a language-based contest that aims to address existing Wikipedia content gaps.

Phase (a) has been completed, during which active contributors were awarded laptops and internet stipends. Phase (b) will be a contest in which editors will come together and develop a writing contest focused on content gaps. Each month three individual prizes will be awarded to each community based on their contribution for the month. The prizes worth 3,000 INR, 2000 INR, and 1,000 INR, will be awarded to the top contributors for each month. The contest started at March 1, 2018, 0:00, and will end at May 31, 2018, 23:59 (IST). Harsh Agarwal

[edit]

Hi, I am new to Wikipedia so was looking for some advice. There is a page on the Indian author Harsh Agarwal. The references seem weak to me. Some are blogs and profile sites. My first instinct was to clean it up but then felt he may not deserve a page here. Any advice? I want to see if my judgement is correct or am I messing up? Globe2trotter (talk) 19:37, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Globe2trotter: This is among those fringe topics where the subject might pass notability, while sourcing is poor to support the notability claim. Though the individual is an author with no bestsellers, he is involved in other works as an organizer and owns two NGO's as per TED and has been mentioned in several news articles (though it fails WP:SIGCOV). If you want to nominate it for deletion, you'll have to make a strong argument in support. MT TrainTalk 04:52, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

New page reviewer granted

[edit]

Hello Mark the train. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers" user group, allowing you to review new pages and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or in some cases, tag them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is a vital function for policing the quality of the encylopedia; if you have not already done so, you must read the new tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the various deletion criteria. If you need more help or wish to discuss the process, please join or start a thread at page reviewer talk.

  • URGENT: Please consider helping get the huge backlog down to a manageable number of pages as soon as possible.
  • Be nice to new users - they are often not aware of doing anything wrong.
  • You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted - be formal and polite in your approach to them too, even if they are not.
  • Don't review a page if you are not sure what to do. Just leave it for another reviewer.
  • Remember that quality is quintessential to good patrolling. Take your time to patrol each article, there is no rush. Use the message feature and offer basic advice.

The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In case of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, the right can be revoked at any time by an administrator. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:03, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Altered speedy deletion rationale: List of online clothes stores in pakistan

[edit]

Hello Mark the train. I am just letting you know that I deleted List of online clothes stores in pakistan, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, under a different criterion from the one you provided, which didn't fit the page in question. Thank you. ~ Amory (utc) 10:50, 25 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Arafura Medical Clinics

[edit]

Alireza Ahmadvand 12:45, 25 March 2018 (UTC) To: Mark the train

Mark, I am familiar with the rules and regulations of creating encyclopaedic information on Wikipedia.

But, honestly, I wasn't expecting a speedy deletion tag on Arafura Medical Clinics Wikipedia page, only a few minutes after creation of the page.

If you wish people will contribute to Wikipedia, both to its content and/or to its promotion, you can give them some time to get their materials together and create what is appropriate for them as well as the audiences. For this page, I am showing it to my team next week to showcase the possibilities. How do you think they would react when they see such a tag on the page?

You may think that you are doing the right thing by tagging something very soon as inappropriate/promotional; but, you may at the same time increase the chance of killing it in the bud.

Thank you. Reza — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahmadvand.ar (talkcontribs) 12:45, 25 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Ahmadvand.ar: I'd differ from the claim you made in the very first sentence – you clearly haven't been through Wikipedia's guidelines and policies. What was written in the article was promotional and goes against our policies. If you want a place to test the article for some time and make revisions, use your sandbox or create a draft of the article.
Wikipedia is not a place to advertise your business, there are other platforms you can use for that purpose. Wikipedia is only interested in what third party independent sources day about a subject, and notability is assessed upon several factors including the availability of such sources. Your article had none.
The main point, you haven't declared your conflict of interest or the paid notice, which is required by default. If you do feel the subject merits an article, you can start with a draft and through the WP:AFC route, but remember that anything that sounds promotional or is a copyright infringement shall be deleted by an admin without delay. Also, please sign while using talk pages. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 13:18, 25 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

New Page Review Newsletter No.10

[edit]
Hello Mark the train, thank you for your work reviewing New Pages!

ACTRIAL:

  • ACTRIAL's six month experiment restricting new page creation to (auto)confirmed users ended on 14 March. As expected, a greatly increased number of unsuitable articles and candidates for deletion are showing up in the feed again, and the backlog has since increased already by ~30%. Please consider reviewing a few extra articles each day.

Paid editing

  • Now that ACTRIAL is inoperative pending discussion, please be sure to look for tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary.

Subject-specific notability guidelines

Nominate competent users for Autopatrolled

  • While patrolling articles, if you find an editor that is particularly competent at creating quality new articles, and that user has created more than 25 articles (rather than stubs), consider nominating them for the 'Autopatrolled' user right HERE.

News

  • The next issue Wikipedia's newspaper The Signpost has now been published after a long delay. There are some articles in it, including ACTRIAL wrap-up that will be of special interest to New Page Reviewers. Don't hesitate to contribute to the comments sections. The Signpost is one of the best ways to stay up date with news and new developments - please consider subscribing to it. All editors of Wikipedia and associated projects are welcome to submit articles on any topic for consideration by the The Signpost's editorial team for the next issue.

Speedy deletion declined: Pyala Prasadarao

[edit]

Hello Mark the train. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Pyala Prasadarao, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Author didn't blank — another user (likely related) deleted the end of the comment line, putting the entire thing into a comment. Thank you. ~ Amory (utc) 15:20, 30 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for adding Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/William D. McDowell to specific projects. Unfortunately they don't seem to be showing up. Would you mind to check that? Thanks Djflem (talk) 20:23, 19 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Djflem: It is present under the specific categories I added. Maybe purging the cache might help? Thanks, MT TrainTalk 00:18, 20 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:India's first blood bank.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:India's first blood bank.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ytoyoda (talk) 18:43, 2 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

NPR Newsletter No.11 25 May 2018

[edit]
Hello Mark the train, thank you for your work reviewing New Pages!

ACTRIAL:

  • WP:ACREQ has been implemented. The flow at the feed has dropped back to the levels during the trial. However, the backlog is on the rise again so please consider reviewing a few extra articles each day; a backlog approaching 5,000 is still far too high. An effort is also needed to ensure that older unsuitable older pages at the back of the queue do not get automatically indexed for Google.

Deletion tags

  • Do bear in mind that articles in the feed showing the trash can icon may have been tagged by inexperienced or non NPR rights holders. They require your further verification.

Backlog drive:

  • A backlog drive will take place from 10 through 20 June. Check out our talk page at WT:NPR for more details. NOTE: It is extremely important that we focus on quality reviewing. Despite our goal of reducing the backlog as much as possible, please do not rush while reviewing.

Editathons

  • There will be a large increase in the number of editathons in June. Please be gentle with new pages that obviously come from good faith participants, especially articles from developing economies and ones about female subjects. Consider using the 'move to draft' tool rather than bluntly tagging articles that may have potential but which cannot yet reside in mainspace.

Paid editing - new policy

  • Now that ACTRIAL is ACREQ, please be sure to look for tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary. There is a new global WMF policy that requires paid editors to connect to their adverts.

Subject-specific notability guidelines

  • The box at the right contains each of the subject-specific notability guidelines, please review any that are relevant BEFORE nominating an article for deletion.
  • Reviewers are requested to familiarise themselves with the new version of the notability guidelines for organisations and companies.

Not English

  • A common issue: Pages not in English or poor, unattributed machine translations should not reside in main space even if they are stubs. Please ensure you are familiar with WP:NPPNE. Check in Google for the language and content, tag as required, then move to draft if they do have potential.

News

  • Development is underway by the WMF on upgrades to the New Pages Feed, in particular ORES features that will help to identify COPYVIOs, and more granular options for selecting articles to review.
  • The next issue of The Signpost has been published. The newspaper is one of the best ways to stay up to date with news and new developments. between our newsletters.

RAW Pressery Deletion

[edit]

Hello Mark the train,

Regarding your reason for deletion of the page, I have removed the information about the fundraising by the company and it's connected sources. Some of the other sources that have been used for ciation include https://www.thehindubusinessline.com - A vey independent and noteworthy newspaper website of the country, https://www.crunchbase.com/ - an independent, reliable website that tracks information about all companies using their own sources, http://bwdisrupt.businessworld.in - an independent business Magazine's website, https://economictimes.indiatimes.com - (used in multiple citations)Economic Times is a section of the noteworthy and independent newspaper of the country The Times of India.

Raw Pressery is trying hard to educate the people of India about the concept of Cold-pressed juice. Cold pressed juice being free of preservatives, artificial flavours and chemicals is a very healthy (and a much needed) alternative to the other tasty but non cold-pressed juices available in the market. I have also observed that Raw pressery promotes a healthy lifestyle among the masses through their Yoga/exercise related events/workshops etc. and they not only care about the health of the people but also that of the environment, through their initiative called RAWcycle, which is about creating polymer based tshirts/clothes by recycling the plastic (their plastic bottles). I have not added this information in the article because of lack of better and noteworthy sources. All of these facts about the brand and it's growing popularity among the masses inspired me to do some research and write this article. When @MatthewVanitas approved the afc submission of this article, it was graded as StartClass and this article can have a better future if you do not delete it, as our Wiki community will add more on the page. In fact, given your expertise on Wikipedia, you can guide me into making relevant changes to the article if needed instead of deleting it. Rest is up to you. Thank you for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Akash1221 (talkcontribs) 07:29, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Akash1221: It wasn't me who nominated the page for deletion, I only added notices of the discussion at related projects. Thanks, MT TrainTalk 07:46, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
