This page i am trying to publish is belong to Rawan Tawfiki Minister of Youth Affairs in the kingdom of bahrain, below is her published page in Arabic Language:

Other language versions of Wikipedia have different standards, so an article published in Arabic Wikipedia won't automatically be accepted in English Wikipedia.
