Actually the correct link for your explanation of your recent edit to 6.5mm Grendel was in general WP:MOSFLAG or more specifically WP:INFOBOXFLAG instead of WP:INFOBOX which is just a redirect link dumping the reader into the Wikiproject page. Just in case somebody reverts you'll have the info at your fingertips. Trilobitealive (talk) 00:34, 23 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of John Deere tractors, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Model A (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Kluge House

[edit]

Hi, I reverted your edit at Kluge House. Your info may be correct, but it is not sourced to the footnotes cited. You will need to add a proper citation to back up your material. Please see WP:CITE, WP:RS, and WP:V for more information. Montanabw(talk) 22:05, 3 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reviewed the source a bit and found some of the material was there. I moved a few things around to make it flow better. The freemasonry bit I missed as the AF&AE bit didn't register with me as a Masonic term. Rather than use identical sources in each sentence, If you want to better cite the source, put the source at the end and for inline cites use page numbers. 20:54, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Loking at the ref, I see he actually won two, which I assume is fairly unusual.TheLongTone (talk) 13:14, 11 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Having read WP:Soldier I see that it is actually necessary for somebody to have won the secong-highest award twice to be notable, so don't be surprised if Willard A. Saunders gets nominated for deletion. Me, I see to many articles on sportpeople who are considered notable to nominate an article about somebody who actually did something of value.TheLongTone (talk) 13:33, 11 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Jamesallain85 I think Willard A. Saunders is safe because he meets part 2 of WP:Soldier, "Held a rank considered to be a flag, general or air officer, or their historical equivalents"

John Corbus moved to draft space

[edit]

Your recent article is moved to draft space. Kitaab Ka Kida (talk) 16:48, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • And now moved back. I'm not sure just what inspired this instant draftification, but please use full refs rather than bare URLs and remember to add the "References" section. Thanks. PamD 07:56, 22 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • But looking at your article creations, I see a pattern. Please stop creating stubs with no References section, bare URLs for references, no categories, no DEFAULTSORT. You are expecting other editors to tidy up after you, but it would take very little more time for you to create much better stubs. PamD 08:44, 22 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lawrence G. Bernard moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Lawrence G. Bernard, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. scope_creepTalk 09:25, 22 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lawrence G. Bernard, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Stub-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Alexander K. Tyree. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Alexander K. I have not created separate accounts. My wife created an account yesterday and therefore we share the same IP. I found the template to declare a shared IP, but wasn't sure where it was supposed to be posted. Jamesallain85 (talk) 07:23, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

As noted, this is a clear case of meatpuppetry. Please also be familiar with how users on the same IP address may be treated. We don't know who is sitting at the computer/holding the device at any given moment, and when two editors edit in similar areas, we must think that they are the same person. 331dot (talk) 10:24, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
