What you playing at?
What are you playing at lad? I just spend about an hour editing my Wikipedia page and come on to find you have deleted it. WTF! Explain yourself! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ostreicher (talk • contribs) 01:56, 1 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi Tom,
This is Marc with SoilCure Microbial Inoculant. I saw your comments. Does this mean that I can re-submit my article for publication once more? Is there anything else that I should revise so that it gets accepted? What is my next step? Do I have to edit it once more and save to publish? Please advise? Thank you once again.
- You sound like you have a major conflict of interest about this article. I will read over it later and then come back to this --Guerillero | My Talk 20:59, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
Hi Tom,
I am familiar with the product and I use it. It works well. I am also a scientist and wrote about the microbials included in the product. Soil health is a big issue with the droughts in the Midwest and South. Bacillus bacteria and beneficial fungi are important to add to soil to help with this. I just thought it would be a good topic to discuss because the product is somewhat unique.
Please look at it again and I am more than happy to make any revisions that you suggest to make it sound more neutral. It's actually quite technical because of the amount of info dedicated to soil microorganisms, but I am definitely open to making it sound more neutral.
Once again many thanks. Let me know what you decide.

Pune pilot analysis plan
Hi! As you were very active in discussions about the India Education Program's Pune pilot, I wanted to draw your attention to Wikipedia:India_Education_Program/Analysis, a page that documents our analysis plan for the next few months. Wayne Newton
I most certainly did explain why. Someone needs to make a case on the talk page that this one quote, out of thousands about Newton, deserves to be included in the article. 174.99.127.20 (talk) 01:39, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

Dude cmon man I spent a lot of time, effort, and research writing my edit, and I even get extra credit for editing the Odyssey page in a class where I despreately need it, but you come along and block my revision because 'it doesn't appear constructive'. You say you edit stuff too. I find this hard to believe. How would you feel if you spend hours for a little bit of extra credit, and some dbag deletes your post within seconds for bullcrap reasons. Why do you care anyway? Seriously everybody knows that wiki isnt a very credible source, so it's not like im screwing people over on papers or something just by getting my facts a bit wrong. Why don't you think before you do that again? Thanks for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ajcrules (talk • contribs) 01:30, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

Edit Notice
Congrats on adminship. I hope to be one myself someday. Here's a good task for you. Can you create an edit notice for me for user:Cyberpower678/StressLevel?
Here's what it's supposed to say:
nul = No Status
-1 = polluted
0 = Went insane
0.01 = Having a life
1 = Just Fine
NoPants = Not wearing any pants
numb = confortably numb
2 = A Bit Tense
3 = Pretty Stressed
4 = I quit/I need a vacation
4a = Taking a "break"
5 = Run for cover
6 = Hospitalized
6.5 = By by
7 = Recovering
8 = Able to start editing again
9 = Managed to fix the meter
10 = Meter breaks again
∞ = Nuclear explosion/Nearly die
Please do not let the Edit Notice get too tall. In other words please create a column. Or should I make a subpage and you transcribe the subpage?—cyberpower (Talk to Me)(Contributions) 22:56, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- The edit notice transcludes from User:Cyberpower678/StressLevel/Editnotice. Since I do not fully understand what you want, you can write up the notice. If you want it semi or full protected just let me know. --Guerillero | My Talk 21:38, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- Oh. Well what do you know. It's working now. I must have mistyped the edit notice address several times. I was trying to make one but it never appeared. Thanks.—cyberpower (Talk to Me)(Contributions) 21:44, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- I worded that wrongly. It now trascludes from that address. There is a place in the template namespace that all editnotices come from. --Guerillero | My Talk 21:50, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot. Much appreciated. Have fun being an admin. You're making me jealous being one seeing how I want to be one myself. Someday maybe, if everyone is willing to overlook my recent block.—cyberpower (Talk to Me)(Contributions) 22:57, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

The article needs to read a little less like an advertisement. In addition, it needs to have third party sources that discuss the product in detail. The sources seem to only talk about the general theory behind the product. --Guerillero | My Talk 04:13, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

Haleakala edit
Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up that you removed my edit on this page on Line 55 because you said it wasn't good enough... but honestly, all I was trying to do was cover up the prior edit that said something along the lines of "Fuck this page..." and "...only fags look up stuff on here".
I get the fact that I didn't add any informative information, but the prior state of the page was way worse. Thanks for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.52.78.226 (talk • contribs)

Help with restoring my talk page
Guerrillero, may I ask some assistance from you? Since I noted this in the present situation, I wanted to ask if you could help me reinstate my talk page so that it appears complete again. In that way, I can then archive the dead threads and be sure I did not delete anything I shouldn't have. It is not a matter that I think I wrongly deleted or hid anything, but I tend to "vacuum" my talk page and delete unneeded stuff. I'd like to try to have it all back and archive it correctly instead. This is beyond my editing powers. Can you help? Please reply at my talk, you may copy this original message there if you wish.... Djathinkimacowboy 15:36, 13 December 2011 (UTC)

No, egveryone, it was my error: I had really done nothing wrong with the talk page. Only cleaning and the archives I created turned out to be for nothing since I had so little remaining.

Qnet
You deleted a page I had created for QNet and redirected it to Qnet Ltd which has multiple issues, is heavily biased, has bad grammar and its neutrality is disputed. Your reasons for deleting QNet are given as WP:11. Then why is the entry for QNet now redirected to an article with all these issues? Freudianr (talk) 13:58, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

Guerillero, I'd like to ask you as a member of the ambassador steering committee what the committee's opinion is of the recommendations I outlined in my recent op ed. My own feeling is that Jami Mathewson's responses indicate that the WMF doesn't feel significant changes are necessary, and of course they might be right -- perhaps the courses are overall a great success, and the students don't need any more supervision than they have, and there is no significant burden on new page patrollers, and the professors are finding that their classes are successful and adequately supported by the current level of ambassadors. I don't think the balance of comments at the op ed talk page, or at WT:USEP, have been in line with that, however, and I'd like to know what the steering committee thinks. Does the committee plan to discuss any of these issues with the WMF? Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 21:58, 17 December 2011 (UTC)

Incorrectly declined speedy
Hi Guerillero, I noticed you declined the proposed speedy deletion of Lin Chen (playwright) [1] noting (correctly) that the subject passes A7. However the article was proposed for deletion under CSD:A10, not A7. It was indeed a duplicate of an existing article, so was a valid A10. The other version of the article has now been speedied under A10, so no harm, no foul, but thought you'd want to know about this. Best, Sparthorse (talk) 07:10, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. The version that was kept is within the naming conventions too. Two birds were killed with one stone. cheers --Guerillero | My Talk 07:12, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
Jalaj Srivastava
Guerillero, You deleted the page "Jalaj Srivastava" without even waiting to verify the References I was putting in. It is very discouraging. Now all that typing will have to be done again. I was reading notable criteria and adding references that meet that criteria. What's notable was in the career section which you did not even let me build.
Is it possible to retrieve the page you deleted. Is it saved anywhaere. This at-random speedy deletion should have been informed in advance so that I could have saved the write up. I very disappointed with the way this Speedy deletion was handled.
Regards, — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jalaj S (talk • contribs) 07:36, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
- There seem to be a few issues with the article.

- Guerillero,
- Fair enough. Its an autobiogrpahy and it is discouraged by WIKI. It means I can only write about aomeone else. But can you just send me the write up so that I can save it. I will have to type it up again. It was a time on spent on writing something and I have every ownership of that piece.

- Look at your email --Guerillero | My Talk 07:46, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
- Clearly a valid and well handled speedy deletion here. The page may be userfied for Jalaj S to use as a userpage if he wants to contribute elsewhere on the encyclopedia, but it clearly doesn't have a snowball chance in hell to be an encyclopedic article. And no, Jalal S, you do not have "every ownership" of that piece, content you provide may be deleted anytime under reasonable circumstances per our terms of use, policies and guidelines. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not your personal webhost. CharlieEchoTango (contact) 07:48, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

deletion of GenerateXY_MDD/MDA_Framework
Dear Administrator,
You deleted the GenerateXY_MDD/MDA_Framework article for some reasons that I commented below:
G12: the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement
The copyright is not violated since I am a co-developer of the software being exposed through this article. Is there anything I could do to prove it?
G11: the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person
The article do not emphasis the qualities of the software. It just shows its nature (what it is meant to be used for) and its development history. The article was written by basing on the "create my first article" guidelines and some other articles that present the same kind of product: Acceleo, Actifsource, Virtualbox... As for these products, isn't the GenerateXY_MDD/MDA_Framework eligible for wikipedia?
- I also see no reason why the product is notable enough to be on wikipedia. Even if the text was donated, the page would be deleted --Guerillero | My Talk 18:35, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

Phantom Tollbooth
You seem passionate about Phantom Tollbooth (band). I see you've added some good sources to the article and I've withdrawn the AFD with the addition of this information. However there are formating issues here still. I was a bit surprised to see an administrator dropping in these refs simply as external links. Will you be continuing the improvement of this article by properly citing these sources so that it is clear to readers how you used these sources in the article?--RadioFan (talk) 02:59, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
- I don't care about the topic. I just have heard of the band before so I knew that it passed A7 by a mile. Dumping links at the end of an article is a old temporary measure. I will do a redo of most of the article and put in real citations. --Guerillero | My Talk 03:07, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
- Much appreciated. Dumping refs in bulk into the external links section is not a good example to set for new editors.--RadioFan (talk) 03:09, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
Lynbrook Neuroscience
Hello,
I fixed the page so that the page clearly explains its significance. Lynbrook Neuroscience Club is the only High school Neuroscience Club in California, and maybe even in the U.S. If that's not significant enough, how can it be fixed so that it won't be deleted in the future?

Ragairne
Hi Guerillero, You recently deleted my article on Ragairne. I am one of the original band - Donal O'Hanlon, and I wanted to expand on the minimal amount of information given on pages relating to two of the original members. I aimed to show that the sound that the band, Altan, have origins in this band. I alluded to a competition the band won and would've put up pictures below as proof. I further wanted to add a colured picture from a TV show mentioned. Fans of the band Altan will recognise the two central characters in the picture as the founding members of Altan, Maighread & Frankie. Can I get the information released or do I repost it? I'm very new to this - this article is my first posting and would appreciate your help. Regards Alfonsus Bluepenny (talk) 14:14, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Deleting my edit on gorillawarfare's talk page
Hi,
I see that you changed the edit permission on gorilla warfare's talk page, presumably based on the idea that my post was vandalism and signaled an impending torrent of negative attention.
I just wanted to let you know it was neither of these things. I hope it wouldn't be considered spam. I got to the user's talkpage through an old reddit submission and I just wanted to congratulate the user. I do not know if this counts as spam, but judging by a similar conversation by a user that is in her talk page archives, I assume it is not.
Just wanted to let you know.

HAT "Containing the drama"

"Containing the drama" describes your intent, but not the text you hid & archived.
Would you please choose a more descriptive title for your use of the hat template...?
Thanks! Kiefer.Wolfowitz 22:10, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
- Greeting Kiefer,
- What sort of additions would you like to see to the heading? I was trying to put water on the expanding drama fire at the time. Summing up the section as: "Malleus makes a comment that is true at it core but is stated in less then the best way. Another member gets pissed because they are far too touchy. Drama ensues. An admin makes a bad block of malleus and then moar drama happens" wouldn't have made the situation any better. It is kinda blunt and I am not a man who is good at word play or catchy sayings. A summary isn't really needed since this seem to be the normal pattern of life with any drama on wikipedia. --Guerillero | My Talk 22:46, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
