Hi there, I've improved the above article and noticed you were kind enough to assess it when I started. Any chance you could re-assess it to change it from a stub? Have a good new year (if you celebrate it this time of year!). Cls14 (talk) 11:35, 31 December 2018 (UTC)

@Cls14:  Done! I'll leave it to the members of WikiProject Warwickshire to assign the appropriate level of importance. Keep up the good work! GoingBatty (talk) 17:22, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
Hi there, many thanks. Do you know what the rules are on assessing articles that you yourself (that is, me!) created? Thanks. Cls14 (talk) 09:44, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
@Cls14: I don't know the rules, so I suggest posting a request on Wikipedia:WikiProject Warwickshire/Assessment. Good luck! GoingBatty (talk) 03:42, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

Seeking our help on an article.

I would like to see if you are interested in a new/edits to an existing company page you have helped author - Quest Diagnotics. Specifically their Employer Solutions Division in Lenaxa, Kansas. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stevebwallace (talkcontribs) 16:56, 7 January 2019 (UTC)

@Stevebwallace: Your statement that I "have helped author" the Quest Diagnostics article is very generous. Before today, my only edit was to fix a misspelling. I've made some more edits today - primarily cleaning up the reference format. Hope this helps! GoingBatty (talk) 03:23, 8 January 2019 (UTC)

Sherriff

Thanks for all the typo fixes. Sheriff (3) may need to exclude "Captain Sherriff of...", as there seem to be a few Mr. Sherriffs plying the high seas: search. Certes (talk) 02:35, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

@Certes: I encountered those exceptions and reverted the rule a few minutes before you posted this note. If you'd like to restore the rule with the exception, please do so. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 02:39, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
Thanks; it looks as if you spotted it at the same time I did and reverted while I was typing. Probably best just to fix existing typos once and leave it. Certes (talk) 02:43, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

Privately-owned

I was under the impression that hyphenation was proper in this case. No? bd2412 T 02:18, 16 February 2019 (UTC)

@BD2412: I reverted my edit on Lufussa and created Wikipedia talk:AutoWikiBrowser/Typos#privately- to discuss. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 02:25, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
Having looked into it a little bit, I could be wrong. Apparently the rule is to not use a hyphen after adverbs ending in -ly, unless the usage is ambiguous. bd2412 T 02:33, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
See also MOS:HYPHEN: Avoid using a hyphen after a standard -ly adverb (followed by caveats and exceptions). – Jonesey95 (talk) 04:59, 16 February 2019 (UTC)

Script errors?

If you are using a script to italicize and link movies, and you plan to use it again, it has a few bugs to work out. I think I caught them all. I'm not stalking you; the page showed up on a list of pages with many Linter errors. – Jonesey95 (talk) 13:16, 18 February 2019 (UTC)

@Jonesey95: In this edit I did not use a script. Using the VisualEditor, I fixed a couple links, and then highlighted the column and clicked the italics button. See mw:Topic:Slmlobylb8tku260 for an explanation of this known issue. GoingBatty (talk) 17:36, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
Ugh, Visual Editor. I look forward to it coming out of beta. It has some long-standing bugs (e.g. T162291 and T174303) that cause me trouble in my gnoming work. In this case, it appears to have added italic markers to text that was already italicized (e.g. the movie titles in the sort templates), which is not how it should work. – Jonesey95 (talk) 18:31, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
@Jonesey95: VisualEditor#Rollout states "In 2015 it completed its beta development phase and was again made available on English Wikipedia." GoingBatty (talk) 17:50, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
I don't believe everything I read. Call me cynical, I guess. – Jonesey95 (talk) 19:21, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

BattyBot orphan tasks

Hi,

I've noticed BattyBot removes orphan tags but the SQL query linked doesn't appear to exclude disambiguation pages which are generally considered akin to redirects (i.e. not counting towards de-orphanage). Does BattyBot account for this?

Many thanks,

SITH (talk) 13:07, 3 March 2019 (UTC)

@SITH: BattyBot uses the logic built-in to AutoWikiBrowser, and may not edit every article found by the query. Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/General fixes#Tagger (Tagger) doesn't seem to answer your question. I'm happy to test an example if you like, or you could ask about AWB's functionality at Wikipedia talk:AutoWikiBrowser/General fixes. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 13:41, 3 March 2019 (UTC)
GoingBatty, thanks for the explanation! While we're on the topic of AWB, do you know if there's a way to exclude the HTML cosmetic entities replacement e.g. ’ --> ' and ... --> ... --> … without exporting WP:AWB/T to a custom XML settings file? Many thanks, SITH (talk) 11:38, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
@SITH: I'm sorry - I don't understand. Could you please give me an example? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 19:24, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
GoingBatty, for example, I made this edit because of the Australian spelling mistake. The replacement of &rsquo ; (space inserted for talk page) with a straight apostrophe was acceptable because it was not cosmetic as the main edit was to fix a spelling mistake. However, about two-thirds of the typos AWB detects are purely cosmetic, so I was wondering if there was a way to skip them if they are the only edit made? Thanks, SITH (talk) 19:30, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
@SITH: I see that edit had two typo fixes. I think you want AWB to automatically skip articles if the only fix is the typo rule that replaces the apostrophe. I created User:GoingBatty/sandbox where the only fix is the typo rule that replaces the apostrophe. In AWB I tried checking the box on the Skip tab called "Only cosmetic changes", but it would not skip the article. Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/User manual#Skip describes the feature as "The initial page and the page after the changes are checked if they have the same HTML output. If they do, the page is skipped." I don't know a way to meet your request, but you might want to ask at Wikipedia talk:AutoWikiBrowser. GoingBatty (talk) 23:22, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
GoingBatty, thanks for looking into it, I’ll give that a go. If all else fails, exporting the non-cosmetic typos into an XML find and replace file will work! Many thanks, SITH (talk) 11:15, 6 March 2019 (UTC)

Dear GoingBatty,
Usagara (with a single "s"), seems to appear only as per [1] at:
(1). USAGARA (Mixed Ward) [2] and
(2). USAGARA (Urban Ward) [3]
I therefore insist that Henry Perrott Parker, the second Bishop of Mombasa, who died in May 1888. Died in either USAGARA (Urban Ward) or USAGARA (Mixed Ward) and definately not in the Morogoro Region - since there is no Us(s)agara in this region.
FYI, so far, I have mailed two emails to: [4] but had no reply.
With kindest regards, --Aristo Class (talk) 11:41, 11 March 2019 (UTC)

@Aristo Class: Thank you for documenting the emails you sent on Talk:Ussagara. I hope you receive a reply to your emails.
Have you looked at the references cited on Henry Parker (bishop)? Reference #3 states "Died, unmarried, of sickness, at U-Sambara, near the Victoria Nyanza". I don't have a subscription to look at The Times archive to read reference #5. You may also want to post on Talk:Henry Parker (bishop), as the editors working on that article may be able to provide some clarification for you. Good luck, and happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 18:58, 11 March 2019 (UTC)
Dear GoingBatty, A million thanks for your tips! Therefore, it is evident that Henry Parker (bishop) did not die in the Morogoro Region, it is most likely that this happened at USAGARA (Mixed Ward), [5] Misungwi district (Lake zone). With kindest regards! --Aristo Class (talk) 19:36, 11 March 2019 (UTC)
@Aristo Class: Wonderful! I hope you'll be using that reference to update the Ussagara and Henry Parker (bishop) articles. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 00:40, 12 March 2019 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for your recent work. Just one thing I wanted to clear up: you misread a sentence "showcasing new York University CMA ..." as referencing New York University, changing "new" to "New"; actually "new" was modifying York University. Since that could easily happen again in the future, I've changed "new" to "recent" to prevent it. ZarhanFastfire (talk) 13:28, 27 March 2019 (UTC)

@ZarhanFastfire: Thanks for fixing my mistake. GoingBatty (talk) 21:39, 27 March 2019 (UTC)

New post

Hello,

could you be so kind and check my Wikipedia post about Communication Unlimited https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Mtrams

Thank you for your help and have a good day Monika Tramś — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mtrams (talkcontribs) 15:00, 29 March 2019 (UTC)

@Mtrams: I made some improvements to Draft:Communication Unlimited on 30 March. GoingBatty (talk) 01:30, 9 April 2019 (UTC)

My trick is to google for name of contestant + name of song. Usually, either the TV channel or their doting family will have uploaded the performance to YouTube or suchlike. Get a line or two of the lyrics, and google that (adding 'lyrics' to the end of the search string may help, and cannot harm). With any luck, that will turn up the original performer, and you can listen to the two renditions side by side to make sure.

Advanced techniques include (1) transliterating the singer's name into Cyrillic and searching on that + name of song, and (2) spotting that the text on an uploaded video includes the name of the original artist, so making it thankfully unnecessary to listen either to the cover version or to the original. Narky Blert (talk) 21:21, 9 April 2019 (UTC)

@Narky Blert: That's a great tip - thanks for sharing! GoingBatty (talk) 02:23, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi!

Hello! I was reviewing over your edits on Vinicunca (thank you by the way) and "stumbled" upon your page. You sound like an excellent candidate for Adminship! Are you considering this at all?
Regards, DoctorSpeedWant to talk? —Preceding undated comment added 16:30, 13 April 2019 (UTC)

@DoctorSpeed: Thanks for your kind words, but I'm not interested in the drama involved with being an admin. GoingBatty (talk) 17:44, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

Bot Task

I noticed that you have a bot task that automatically removes orphan templates. I was wondering if you would be okay if I used the same code to make a database report updated regularly? Thoughts? --DannyS712 (talk) 03:54, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

@DannyS712: I don't mind at all. Enjoy! GoingBatty (talk) 04:01, 17 April 2019 (UTC)
Then take a look at Quarry:query/35202 for a report of orphans with 3 or more links. Eventually, my goal is also one with just 2 incoming links, since those can be deorphaned (but should probably be reviewed by humans), but I'm holding off because that resulted in wayyyy to many pages. --DannyS712 (talk) 04:03, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

Hello, GoingBatty,

I just wanted to let you know that I moved Conni Ellisor to Draft:Conni Ellisor after it was tagged for deletion so that you could continue to work on the article, remove some of the puffery and add some sourcing or referencing to reliable sources. Liz Read! Talk! 23:46, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

@Liz: Thanks for the heads up. I came across the article because I was cleaning up Category:All dead-end pages, and did a little extra work besides just adding wikilinks. I don't plan on doing any more work on it, although I did add {{Draft categories}}. Thanks, and happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 01:37, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

″== Template:BillboardURLbyName ==

Hello, I have noticed the same ref error at Kodachrome (song) and Why Can't This Be Love where the template is used. It says 'line feed character in URL at pos 498'. As the markup does not use a conventional URL I think it might be an anomaly at the template? Can you assist? Thanks. Best regards, Eagleash (talk) 14:08, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

@Eagleash: The template is protected, so I cannot edit it. I suggest you post a request at Template talk:BillboardURLbyName. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 14:15, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
OK, thanks anyway. I've no idea where the anomaly might lie but hopefully some will be able to identify it. Cheers.Eagleash (talk) 16:04, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

Your article on Tsoureki

Hi, I am puzzled that you thought Tsoureki comes from a Turkish word. do you know that most of the words in Turkish come from Arabic, Greek, Persian, French or something they have made up? If anything the root of the word like it is in most languages is Greek. Additionally, it’s not even something Turkish people eat so why would they name it? This is a mainly Greek and Armenian Christian tradition, passed down from generations. Please fix your error in your writing, it is inaccurate. Nbalikciyan (talk) 16:09, 27 May 2019 (UTC)

@Nbalikciyan: My edit to the Tsoureki article was only to fix a minor typographical error. Was my edit correct, or should I have done something else? If you have suggestions or concerns about the article, you may edit it yourself (and provide references), or discuss it with other knowledgeable editors on Talk:Tsoureki. Thanks, and happy editing! Thanks for participating in AWB project

Hi GoingBatty,

I greatly appreciate your dedicated work on AWB cleanup and would love to hear from you about my latest project: User:Uziel302/Typos, where I upload lists of high probability typos and with a script I wrote I correct the real typos in one click. No need to set up AWB setting for each replacement, and if the replacement is inaccurate, you can put alternative replacement in a simple popup.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks, Uziel302 (talk) 17:40, 2 June 2019 (UTC)

@Uziel302: Thanks for the invite! I'm trying out your tool and it looks interesting. Here are my first thoughts:
  • The amount of text you show is usually enough to fix the typo, but not enough to know if it's within a quote (and shouldn't be fixed).
  • When I click "Replace", I get a pop-up saying "Probably fixed", which makes me want to look at the fix. Could clicking "Replace" automatically open a new tab that shows the edit you just made, so you can quickly undo it if it was incorrect? (e.g. fixing Menands, New York would show this edit)
  • When I click "Replace" for Tivoli, New York, I get a pop-up saying "Could not find word in context line". Is this something that can be fixed? If not, maybe provide an option to edit manually?
  • I removed false positives such as Highland Park, New Jersey and Washington Grove, Maryland - will they get readded to your list?
  • Please consider expanding the instructions to say "After adding importScript('User:Uziel302/typos.js'); to User:YOURNAME/common.js and refreshing your browser, you will have the following buttons on this page:"
  • Mound Bayou, Mississippi is still on the list, even though it was fixed on May 14. Could the list be updated more frequently?
Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 19:04, 2 June 2019 (UTC)
Thanks a lot, I will work on it. Not found in context is usually becuase of newline and can be fixed. Feel free to edit the instructions. In Hebrew Wikipedia I just excluded first cycle results from second cycle list so I plan that here too removed stuff won't be readded. Uziel302 (talk) 19:25, 2 June 2019 (UTC)

Oceana References

Hey GoingBatty,

I've looked into finding third party info, and basically nothing comes up even the more basic stuff. There are news articles here and there about specific actions, but no third party really has any good info for "About," "Current Campaigns," or "Expeditions" While there is still a list of celebrity supporters elsewhere and some victories in newspaper, it seems hard to find any usable data for other sections. Additionally, the third party sources that I've found with info all say "self reported by the organization," or something along those lines. Do you have any suggestions?

I also believe that Oceana is a government approved charity, meaning that they are required to put out factually correct information, even if that may be slanted to support them; meaning that, as long as it's paraphrased by someone like me, it's still a reliable source. That being said, I don't fully understand Wikipedia yet, so if that's wrong please tell me.

Thanks for the help! Toad02 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toad02 (talkcontribs) 19:33, 24 June 2019 (UTC)

@Toad02: Welcome to Wikipedia! I suggest you read Wikipedia:Identifying and using independent sources about the importance of third-party sources. I'm glad you have found some third-party sources, and I suggest you add them to the article, or mention them at Talk:Oceana (non-profit group) if you need help adding them.
I see you have only edited the Oceana (non-profit group) article. I suggest you also read Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. Thanks and happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 19:43, 24 June 2019 (UTC)

Hey again,

I added a bunch more citations. In many cases they're in addition to the previously existing Oceana sources (why not?). Could you please look it over. I also assume I'm not supposed to remove the problems box at the top. One last thing. The error box says "excessively" relies on certain sources. Does this means it's ok to use the sources sparingly, or does it really just mean never use them? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toad02 (talkcontribs) 14:34, 25 June 2019 (UTC)

DYK for Kaj Linna

On 27 June 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Kaj Linna, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that a podcast helped overturn the murder conviction of Kaj Linna after he had been imprisoned for thirteen years? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Kaj Linna. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Kaj Linna), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Following your great feedback I looked for a way to make the list of typos more accessible and usable, and I found a way to integrate it to AWB. Please try out the settings I posted here and the list of articles here. Any feedback will be much appreciated! Uziel302 (talk) 14:22, 21 July 2019 (UTC)

Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors

Hi GoingBatty, you have just rated Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors a stub. I'd be very grateful for any advice or hints you may have to expand and improve it to a quality above that. Thank you for your assistance. Jamesmcardle(talk) 00:51, 22 July 2019 (UTC)

@Jamesmcardle: While my bot made this edit to Talk:Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors in February 2016 to add {{WikiProject banner shell}}, it did not change the ratings for the WikiProjects. I know nothing about the society, but providing additional information with reliable sources always helps to improve an article. Happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 02:43, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

Media Composer

Hi GoingBatty

you have an awesome user page and work history here. Pleasure to meet you.

And I see you're one of the few recent registered editors of Media Composer to actually have a user page at all. The article badly needs work (hey, you say, don't most of them? OK...), and it seems to also be in some of your areas of interest.

So I'm just dropping a line to say that I'm going to try to find some time for it. See talk:Media Composer#Article needs work. Andrewa (talk) 20:33, 19 July 2019 (UTC)

@Andrewa: I know nothing about the Media Composer software. The edits I made in 2014 and 2018 were minor. I did a little cleanup today, and wish you luck in improving the article. Happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 14:53, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

Bots Newsletter, August 2019

Bots Newsletter, August 2019

Greetings!

Here is the 7th issue of the Bots Newsletter, a lot happened since last year's newsletter! You can subscribe/unsubscribe from future newsletters by adding/removing your name from this list.

Highlights for this newsletter include:

ARBCOM
  • Nothing of note happened. Just like we like it.
BAG

BAG members are expected to be active on Wikipedia to have their finger on the pulse of the community. After two years without any bot-related activity (such as posting on bot-related pages, posting on a bot's talk page, or operating a bot), BAG members will be retired from BAG following a one-week notice. Retired members can re-apply for BAG membership as normal if they wish to rejoin the BAG.

We thank former members for their service and wish Madman a happy retirement. We note that Madman and BU Rob13 were not inactive and could resume their BAG positions if they so wished, should their retirements happens to be temporary.

BOTDICT

Two new entries feature in the bots dictionary

BOTPOL
  • Activity requirements: BAG members now have an activity requirement. The requirements are very light, one only needs to be involved in a bot-related area at some point within the last two years. For purpose of meeting these requirements, discussing a bot-related matter anywhere on Wikipedia counts, as does operating a bot (RFC).
  • Copyvio flag: Bot accounts may be additionally marked by a bureaucrat upon BAG request as being in the "copyviobot" user group on Wikipedia. This flag allows using the API to add metadata to edits for use in the New pages feed (discussion). There is currently 1 bot using this functionality.
  • Mass creation: The restriction on mass-creation (semi-automated or automated) was extended from articles, to all content-pages. There are subtleties, but content here broadly means whatever a reader could land on when browsing the mainspace in normal circumstances (e.g. Mainspace, Books, most Categories, Portals, ...). There is also a warning that WP:MEATBOT still applies in other areas (e.g. Redirects, Wikipedia namespace, Help, maintenance categories, ...) not explicitely covered by WP:MASSCREATION.
BOTREQs and BRFAs

As of writing, we have...

  • 20 active BOTREQs, please help if you can!
  • 14 open BRFAs and 1 BRFA in need of BAG attention (see live status).
  • In 2018, 96 bot task were approved. An AWB search shows approximately 29 were withdrawn/expired, and 6 were denied.
  • Since the start of 2019, 97 bot task were approved. Logs show 15 were withdrawn/expired, and 15 were denied.
  • 10 inactive bots have been deflagged (see discussion). 5 other bots have been deflagged per operator requests or similar (see discussion).

Hmm, I'm not sure about Glovision. The page clearly needs a lot of work overall (e.g. too many redlinks), so I think I'll just leave it for now. Sdkb (talk) 01:44, 23 September 2019 (UTC)

Follow up on your feedback - fix a typo in one click

Hi GoingBatty,

You gave me a very valuable feedback about my tool, and I just made some changes to address it.

  • Excluded anything in quotes of any kind from the scanned part.
  • Enlarged the amount of text available on the project page.
  • After clicking replace you get a popup with link to the edit. I don't think opening a new tab every time is a good idea, most corrections are obvious and after a short while you get to trust the tool.
  • Every removed word is recorded in project page edit history and I use it to filter removed word so they won't reappear.
  • The current list is based on the September 23th's dumps so it's pretty much up to date.

Looking forward to hearing your feedback. Uziel302 (talk) 14:49, 27 September 2019 (UTC)

Isherwood Article Cleanup

Thank you for the editing of the Isherwood article. I'm curious, when I did a compare to before your edits, there were a couple of places where names are highlighted as changed, but I don't see that anything changed. I just want to know if I'm doing something wrong or don't know an editing technique. They are names with an apostrophe. Here's an example:

...his poems, and Isherwood’s enthusiastic but harsh critiques greatly influenced Auden’s earliest published...

Both Isherwood's and Auden's names are highlighted as changed, but look exactly like the original, from what I see. Please let me know. Thanks, Ellis408 (talk) 01:59, 28 September 2019 (UTC)

@Ellis408: AWB has the ability to fix typos, and one of the typo rules for punctuation is to change various curly apostrophes to straight apostrophes per MOS:APOSTROPHE. It might be hard to see "Isherwoods" vs. "Isherwood's" (emphasis added), especially in the smaller font of the edit history. Thanks and happy editing! GoingBatty (talk) 15:53, 28 September 2019 (UTC)

DYK for Ingalill Mosander

On 22 October 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Ingalill Mosander, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Swedish journalist Ingalill Mosander and her husband Jan Mosander both survived the Costa Concordia disaster in 2012? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Ingalill Mosander. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Ingalill Mosander), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Google Code-In 2019 is coming - please mentor some documentation tasks!

Hello,

Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.

I would like to ask you to take part in Google Code-In as a mentor. That would mean to prepare at least one task (it can be documentation related, or something else - the other categories are Code, Design, Quality Assurance and Outreach) for the participants, and help the student to complete it. Please sign up at the contest page and send us your Google account address to google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org, so we can invite you in!

From my own experience, Google Code-In can be fun, you can make several new friends, attract new people to your wiki and make them part of your community.

If you have any questions, please let us know at google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org.

Thank you!

BattyBot and authors

This bot does a terrible job with authors, as seen here and here. The first one was inappropriate in an article that uses "Last, First" author name format. The second one had the same problem and also created a CS1 maintenance message, CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list. Please improve this or remove it. ―Mandruss  10:02, 30 December 2019 (UTC)

@Mandruss: Thank you for your feedback. I see the bot removed |last=CNN from both articles, and then you correctly changed those references to "Last, First" format. I made further manual edits here and here for consistency in the reference formats. Do you think these articles should use |work=CNN or |publisher=CNN ?
I will investigate which BattyBot edits added articles to Category:CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list and work on those as well. Thanks again, and happy new year! GoingBatty (talk) 17:56, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. Over several years I've been back and forth and back on the work/publisher thing. It's a hot subject and I've yet to see a clear community consensus on it, so I've been avoiding the issue. ―Mandruss  19:27, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
