Thanks for the input. In the future, before I take on an aspect of wikipedia editing that I am unfamiliar with, I will try and read up on it first to avoid coloring outside of the lines, or as in this case, removing color entirely.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
