Speedy deletion nomination of To/From (ep)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on To/From (ep), requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. (See section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Wikipedia has standards for the minimum necessary information to be included in short articles; you can see these at Wikipedia:Stub. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
- It appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted, or is eligible for deletion itself. (See section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. -KAP03(Talk • Contributions • Email) 01:15, 14 May 2017 (UTC)
A page you started (Rose-Colored Boy (Paramore song)) has been reviewed!
[edit]Thanks for creating Rose-Colored Boy (Paramore song), CraigDaMajical!
Wikipedia editor Boleyn just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
I've redirected this to the album, which will hopefully be helpful to readers looking it up. My edit summary was: 'redirect; doesn't meet WP:NSONG or WP:GNG. Edit can be reverted if reliable sources can be added to prove this wrong.

[edit]Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at Relaxer (album).
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Please leave a message on the talk page before making such edits. Malayy (talk) 15:18, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Alt-J Dissolve Me single.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Alt-J Dissolve Me single.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:05, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Want You Back (Haim song). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Ss112 18:41, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

Your addition to User:CraigDaMajical has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Sunmist (talk) 04:29, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
The article Out Here in the Cold has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Sources don't show notability, the song is not a single, etc.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nerd1a4i (talk) 18:04, 23 September 2017 (UTC)
Moving songs into different sections
[edit]Please be more careful when moving entries from "other charted songs" to "singles" sections. I had to fix your mistakes on XXXTentacion discography (as you copypasted the entry with all its chart positions intact, not realising that the columns in the singles section were different) and users have had to rectify your errors on Imagine Dragons discography. Also, you should be providing references for songs being singles, as these can be contentious, so please do so in future. Thanks. Ss112 00:44, 8 October 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Joji discography
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Joji discography requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Joji Miller.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Joji Miller.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Hi. Please read WP:USCHARTS and stop combining 100 with Bubbling Under peaks. This is incorrect, as songs do not fall back through the Bubbling Under chart once appearing on the Hot 100 (so a song that was on the Hot 100 the previous week may technically be 101 in sales but will not be number one on the Bubbling Under and what is number one on the Bubbling Under chart will not actually be 101), so this is essentially spreading misinformation. Thank you. Ss112 02:22, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
ArbCom 2017 election voter message
[edit]Hello, CraigDaMajical. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Alt-J discography. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You have been adding unsourced singles for months, it appears. This needs to stop. Find a reliable source calling a song or a single or don't change the text saying songs are singles on Wikipedia. Simple as that. Ss112 04:15, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from adding unsourced genres to Wikipedia such as you did here to Mania. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted. Bowling is life (talk) 00:42, 16 January 2018 (UTC)
I added the genres because previews are up on iTunes and that's what they sound like. Also, the tracklist was confirmed to be different.
- "That's what they sound like"... WP:SUBJECTIVE. That's your opinion. We need critics' opinions cited in independent secondary reliable sources. See WP:RS. Ss112 19:53, 16 January 2018 (UTC)
Alright, can I change the tracklist to the one that was confirmed to be on physical copies? It's completely different except for BKT at the end.
- If you can cite a source that details the track list for physical copies, then yes. Ss112 20:02, 16 January 2018 (UTC)
Alright, just did.

Speedy deletion nomination of Clairo
[edit]Hello CraigDaMajical,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Clairo for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Speedy deletion nomination of Krrum
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Honeymoon (Krrum album) moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Honeymoon (Krrum album), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 16:45, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
I'm editing the article now.
Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:14, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
