Image tagging for Image:TBR-NB2006.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:TBR-NB2006.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Orphaned fair use image (Image:WilloughbyCouncil.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:WilloughbyCouncil.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. A tag has been placed on 1996 in Australian television, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Monkeytheboy (talk) 00:59, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- I've removed the tag – the 1996 in Australian television article does not consist of just a navbox template like the ones deleted by User:Moonriddengirl below. It does contain a list of events, and although it doesn't have an introductory paragraph, neither do the other articles in the series – the navbox and the title do provide some context to the content. --Canley (talk) 02:10, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
The article 1997 in Australian television has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. If you plan to expand the article, please feel free to recreate it, but please do not leave it with insufficient information to stand as a stub. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 01:38, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- The articles 1983 in Australian television, 1984 in Australian television, 1985 in Australian television, 1986 in Australian television, 1981 in Australian television, 1982 in Australian television. Please do not create articles that consist only of a template. Thanks. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 01:44, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Australian Articles on Television
[edit]Your recent articles on Australian television seem to provide information that has created controversy on wether they are notable enough to have them included on the Wikipedia project.
However, before nominating the articles for deletion, I've asked for more input about the subject, due to the fact that your article does seem to have support from other users. Feel free to leave your comments at the discussion at Talk:1996 in Australian television. Please forgive me, but even though I don't want to nominate your article for deletion just yet, I also want to abide by Wikipedia policy. Thank you for understanding. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Monkeytheboy (talk • contribs) 20:10, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Southern Sydney T-way
[edit]A tag has been placed on Southern Sydney T-way, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. MrHarper (talk) 11:08, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- The article has now been deleted. A check with Transport NSW has revealed no such project is planned or announced. Please note this is taken very seriously as it compromises the integrity of Wikipedia, and future incidences of this sort of behaviour would likely see you blocked. Speedy deletion nomination of Chandlers
[edit]A tag has been placed on Chandlers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Speedy deletion nomination of The ARIA Music Show
[edit]A tag has been placed on The ARIA Music Show requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

Speedy deletion nomination of Now: The Hits of Spring 2009
[edit]A tag has been placed on Now: The Hits of Spring 2009 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Speedy deletion nomination of 72 (Australian TV channel)
[edit]A tag has been placed on 72 (Australian TV channel), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. - This page was speedy deleted but restored at my request as there are some sources for it so I thought that a speedy was inappropiate. That said I'm not sure it would survive WP:AfD. I've added two sources to the article but can I suggest that you add more information and sources to the page if you want to guarantee it's survival - I probably don't know enough about the subject to be of much help. Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Coolkids000! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 272 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Mix '90s, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be a test page. (See section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do, and take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
- It is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. (See section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Wikipedia has standards for the minimum necessary information to be included in short articles; you can see these at Wikipedia:Stub. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

[edit]This is your last warning. The next time you create an inappropriate page, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. The first few unsuitable articles you created might have been innocent mistakes due to being unused to Wikipedia's standards. However, you have now been creating unsuitable articles since 2006, and by now you must be aware of the problems. Articles you have created include ones with no substantial content at all, ones without enough context to indicate what they are about, ones about subjects which are not notable, and ones which are downright vandalism. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
