- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Madbrad200 (talk) 00:30, 3 January 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bradford City A.F.C., without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. GiantSnowman 19:43, 18 February 2020 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.

Disambiguation link notification for April 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Pretty Shining People, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chorus (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:32, 1 April 2020 (UTC)

OLINK
[edit]Hi. Please read WP:OLINK - specifically the what not to link section. There is no need, in most contexts, to wikilink places such as London, let alone major countries. Blue Square Thing (talk) 07:55, 19 April 2020 (UTC)

DYK for Big Zuu
[edit]On 25 June 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Big Zuu, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that rapper Big Zuu's first demos were recorded at a studio that did not allow expletives to be used? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Big Zuu. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Big Zuu), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to Ben Chilwell does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Please also do not use the Daily Mail as a reference. See WP:DAILYMAIL. SK2242 (talk) 17:00, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
- Please do not add or change content, as you did at Scott High, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 16:03, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. [edit]Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Musical groups from Shrewsbury
[edit]A tag has been placed on Category:Musical groups from Shrewsbury requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! [edit]Hello, I'm LTFC 95. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, David Edwards (footballer, born 1986), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. LTFC 95 (talk) 23:33, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi COYB01! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Nardog (talk) 04:49, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
