2022 Cempaka Mekar derailment moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, 2022 Cempaka Mekar derailment, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 19:13, 27 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone check that the recent 2022 accident is okay since I improved the article of the incident? Ariel Hubert Calleon (talk) 12:23, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Other recent tragic events in Indonesia

[edit]

I also wanted to make these recent events in this year about a child kidnapper, who's revealed to be Iwan Sumarno and 2 bad guys kidnapped and killed a 11 year old man then sell his organ in Makassar. Since they were notable enough, can I make these articles? I almost got confused if making these articles will be blocked btw Ariel Hubert Calleon (talk) 12:30, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Regardless of the secondary sources cited, I don't believe this meets WP:EVENTCRITERIA notability. All the reports are from within 3-4 days of the incident, and there is no indication that this event has had any lasting legacy or particular historical significance. In other words, this describes a ROTM event, supported by routine news coverage, and as such is not within the purpose of Wikipedia.
