A tag has been placed on Azamara Club Cruises, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Blocked

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without evidence of permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted. Please take this opportunity to ensure that you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Additionally, it looks like you may have been violating WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO. You'll need to address this, too, in your unblock request. --Yamla (talk) 13:00, 31 March 2018 (UTC)

I am leaving Wikipedia for a while

Since I am blocked from editing Wikipedia, I will no longer be able to edit paged. Therefore, I am leaving Wikipedia for a while starting now in order to prevent a ban and a termination of my Wikipedia account. When I come back, I will no longer do any vandilism to any Wikipedia page, so if you want to talk to me, talk to my email account. Goodbye Wikipedia, I will be back... Request reason:

I am sorry for what I done. I only violated the rules because I wanted the Azamara Club Cruises Page Restored. I know the Admins wouldn't restore It, and that the Azamara Pursuit is going to enter service. That's what happene, I only restored Azamara Club Cruises in order to add the Azamara Pursuit. I also didn't violate WP:COI, WP:PAID, WP:PROMO, or WP:CV I try to be honest and write In my own works. Therefore, I should be unblocked because I didn't want to be blocked and I promise I will no longer vandalize any pages ever again.

Decline reason:

I didn't call you a liar, I just asked you to explain a discrepancy. You did not provide anything resembling an explanation, instead you resorted to accusations and screaming in ALL CAPS. I understand this can be disheartening, but given this behavior I can't unblock you. We don't delete accounts on Wikipedia, so you can just stop using this one if you don't want it anymore. Max Semenik (talk) 01:13, 3 April 2018 (UTC)

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

So you're claiming that you have no conflict of interest in a certain company that your editing was focused around? Why it's so important to you, then? Max Semenik (talk) 21:05, 2 April 2018 (UTC)
@MaxSem: Are you calling me a liar? I didn't add any copyrighted material from another website ever since the Spintendo incident, The added material was already there on the page. I try to be honest and write In my own words, Also I didn't want to be blocked by the Admins, I just wanted The Azamara Club Cruises Page restored in Preparation for Azamara Pursuit. I tried to restore it, but to no avail. GIVE ME BACK MY EDITING RIGHTS OR GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT TERMINATION, I don't want any conflicts. Angelgreat (talk) 19:48, 2 April 2018 (CST)
You violated copyright on 2018-03-30 with your recreation of Azamara Club Cruises without crediting the previous contributors. Note that accounts cannot be deleted, if that's what you mean by "ACCOUNT TERMINATION". --Yamla (talk) 00:55, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
@Yamla: The only reason I coundn't credit previous contributors because the History catalog of Azamara Club Cruises was deleted along with the main page, so I don't know who to credit. Also, why didn't I get a expiration time on my ban? Am I being forced to take a Indefinite wikibreak? I know I screwed up, and I regret it, but what else I can do while I wait to be released from the ban indefinitely? Angelgreat (talk) 21:00, 2 April 2018 (CST)
You claimed you didn't add any copyrighted material after the Spintendo incident. I showed you did. You then came up with an excuse that doesn't remotely explain your earlier falsehood or your copyright violation. I'm disinclined to believe anything else you are telling us. The block is indefinite. You need to convince an admin you understand your numerous violations of copyright, you need to convince an admin we can trust you not to violate copyright again, and you need to convince an admin you don't have a conflict of interest here, and can be trusted to refrain from any further WP:PROMO. This is a high bar to reach. All you've managed to do is convince me you will continue with your inappropriate edits if we ever unblock you. --Yamla (talk) 11:13, 3 April 2018 (UTC)

So I will explain the discrepancy: I wanted to restore the Azamara Club Cruises Page after It got deleted, but my request for undeletion was rejected. Then the MV Adonia of P&O Cruises was being transferred to Azamara Club Cruises as the Azamara Pursuit, Since I knew that the page wouldn't be restored, I decided to secretly recreate the page, The only reason I coundn't credit previous contributors because the History catalog of Azamara Club Cruises was deleted along with the main page, so I don't know who to credit. It is somewhat difficult to understand some of what you are trying to say, but from a combination of what you say here and what I have seen in your editing history, the situation seems to be as follows. You knew full well that an article had been deleted as a result of consensus at a discussion, but you thought your personal opinion should outweigh the consensus among the editors who had taken part in the discussion. You requested restoration of the article, and your request was rejected. Rather than accepting that, you requested it again, and, unsurprisingly, the result was the same. Instead of accepting that, you waited for several months, perhaps hoping that would mean that nobody would notice, and recreated the article, in full knowledge that you were doing so in defiance both of consensus in a discussion and of the decisions of two administrators you had asked to overturn that consensus. Again, you refused to accept that consensus was against you, and requested restoration of the article, which was again declined. Even after all that, you were determined that your personal view would over-ride the consensus not only of the editors who had taken part in the original discussion, but also of three different administrators you had tried to persuade to restore the article. You waited several months and then created a redirect. You waited several more months and turned the redirect into a clone of the article. Your waiting months between your actions because you hoped that way your actions would not be noticed, and your creating a redirect was for the same reason. Have I significantly misunderstood what happened? If not, how can you have the nerve to repeatedly say that you "try to be honest"? If that is what you call being honest then how can we ever trust you not to behave in such an underhanded way again? Also, if after the copyright situation has been explained to you so painstakingly, if you still have so little understanding that you can say "I also didn't violate ... or WP:CV" then it is unlikely that you will ever understand it, and therefore unlikely that you can avoid doing the same again. Likewise there's your denial that you have edited promotionally, when anyone who has seen the relevant history can see that you have. As of this edit, you have explicitly stated at the top of the page that if we don't unblock you and instead, revoke your access to this page, you will violate WP:BLOCK and WP:SOCK by creating a new account. This proves you are acting in bad faith and cannot be trusted. As such, I have revoked talk page access. If you are caught continuing to edit, all of your edits may be thrown away (see WP:DENY). If you refrain from setting up any other accounts, and assuming your current unblock request is denied, you can apply under WP:SO in six months. You will need to use WP:UTRS at that time. In order to be unblocked then, you would need to convince the admin you understand copyright (so far, you've gone out of your way to explain you do not understand copyright), you would need to convince them you would refrain from any further promotional edits (and would likely need to agree to a topic ban around the cruise industry, broadly construed), and would need to explain what on earth possessed you to threaten to break WP:BLOCK and WP:SOCK. If on the other hand, you are caught making any edits at all (on whatever account), you will not be eligible for unblock consideration. --Yamla (talk) 11:33, 7 April 2018 (UTC)

Request reason:

Hello, this is user Angelgreat. I am sorry for what I did and I'm sorry for the people I harassed. I want to be unblocked, so I can edit Wikipedia again. I violated copyright infringement without mentioning the previous contributors to the Azamara Club Cruises page, which lead to my blocking. I then threatened to create a new account if I didn't get unblocked because I got angry that my Unblocking requests got rejected twice. The admin who blocked me, Yamla, saw this and revoked my talk page access on Wikipedia. I then harassed the user on Wikimedia Commons and user Elcobbola blocked me. I then harassed that user and got my talk page access on Wikimedia Commons revoked as well. I have changed. I will no longer harass any users, and I will make sure to check my work before I publish it. I will also refrain from cruise ship related stuff for a while, and work to get unblocked on Wikimedia Commons as well. Please accept my apologies.

You have obviously evaded your block using an IP address as recently as this Tuesday. You refuse to acknowledge this, and apparently you expect us to believe that you cannot have possibly been socking as Special:Contributions/49.180.52.165 because you were on a different website at the time? I am declining your block request at this time. ST47 (talk) 02:53, 12 April 2019 (UTC)

You announce at the top of this page(I get that it was earlier, but it's still there) that if you are not unblocked you will go and create a new account, which is sockpuppetry. How do we know that you have not done this? Why should we now believe that you are prepared to follow Wikipedia guidelines? What do you intend to edit about? You will also need to indicate that you understand WP:COPYVIO. 331dot (talk) 02:13, 11 April 2019 (UTC)

@331dot: I have not created a diffrent account since the ip address that I used, 174.97.130.168, was blocked because I used it while blocked. I only used it to remove the message on top of my talk page, but I got blocked from that IP address for block evasion. If you search up my ip, it's at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. That's where I live. Speaking of ip, User Yamla accused me of evading my block on April 9 because someone left a message about me on Yamla's talk page. The ip of the person who messaged Yamla is 49.180.52.165. That ip is at Port Macquarie, Australia. That can't be me because I have never been to Australia ever and that person left that message at 3:08 AM UTC. Since ip 49.180.52.165 is at Australia, the time that person would have published that would have been at 1:08 PM AEST. That time would have been 10:08 PM in Milwaukee, and I was at the Fandom website at the time, so it couldn't have been me. Yamla has made a mistake on identification. I didn't evade my block on Wikipedia April 9 since I was in Milwaukee at the time and was visiting the Fandom website. If you want proof, I have screenshots of my history. As for the rest of the questions, I do know what copyright is, it's the right to have someone's work published anywhere with person. If the copyright holder says Yes or no to using their work, you have to respect that. Also, it's been a year since I got blocked and I have read the rules of Wikipedia and reflected on my actions. I have also visited other websites and gone on with my life. I'm ready to come back as a changes user. I will follow rules.Angelgreat (talk) 03:34, 11 April 2019 (UTC)
@331dot: UPDATE: I have altered the message on top of my talk page, so it no longer includes the offensive text. This should help me get unblocked. Angelgreat (talk) 23:18, 11 April 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:

Ok, so I am still being accused of evading my block as ip 49.180.52.165, even though I said that that wasnt me because the ip is at Australia and my ip, 174.97.130.168, is in Wisconsin. Since User:ST47 didnt believe me, I will share my screenshots. So on here https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D36_a5cWsAAZoPl?format=jpg&name=large , my ip is 174.97.130.168 and this image https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D36_a5aWAAYQJtf?format=jpg&name=large shows my ip is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Now, the ip I'm accused of using, 49.180.52.165, is from Australia and this image https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D36_a5eXsAARl6-?format=jpg&name=large proves it. So there's the evidence for you guys that I did not evade my block. I have never been to Australia ever in my life and I have been wrongfully accused of something I didn't do. I would now like to be unblocked on Wikipedia.

This does absolutely nothing to eliminate WP:MEAT. Why would someone completely unrelated to you, suddenly come by to talk about getting you unblocked? I mean, there are millions of blocked users and they just choose to discuss you? And about one day before you come back and request the same thing? No, you'll need to explain why this happened. Additionally, you haven't really addressed your copyright violations. In such cases, I often request people answer the following questions, taken from Yunshui. Please be careful! Copying and pasting your answers from elsewhere would itself be a violation of copyright!

In order to lift the block, we need to be certain that you understand how copyright works on Wikipedia. To allow the reviewing administrator to assess your understanding, please respond to the following questions in your next unblock appeal, explaining in your own words:

  • What is copyright?
  • How is Wikipedia licenced?
  • Why is copyrighted content not allowed on Wikipedia?
  • Under what circumstances can we use copyrighted content?
  • How do you intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future?

Request reason:

No one responded to my previous request, so Ill have to make a new one. So I have not committed any block evasion since the ip I'm accused of using is in Australia and my ip is in Milwaukee. I do not know anyone who is from Australia or has ties to Australia, so I have also not committed meatpuppertry. I know that copyright is the right to use something with the creator's permission. Wikipedia is free licenced, so anyone submitting anything here has to follow rules here. If you submit a picture, you have to agree to allow anyone to reuse it. If you type something, you can't plagiarize another site. I am also want to be unblocked on Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons for my actions. I will not harass any users and make sure to check my work before I publish it, as I am liable for it. Also, I will refrain from cruise ships or staff. Also, make sure that users Yamla and Elcobbola don't reply to this as those admins might still see me as a enemy.

This unblock request makes me think that it is unlikely that you are competent enough to edit English Wikipedia. "I violated copyright infringement" is nonsensical. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 23:36, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:

Its been a Year and a month since I been blocked. I'm sorry for what I done, I'm sorry for recreating a page without mentioning the previous contributors, and I'm sorry for the people I harassed and threatened. Please unblock me and I'll help make good contributions to Wikipedia.

Decline reason:

You were blocked for copyright violations, and your repeated unblock requests do not demonstrate that you have learned the nuances of copyright policies, laws, and philosophy. Please consult the numerous previous messages and warnings, they contain links to copyright policy explanations. We'll allow you one more chance to submit a GAB-compliant unblock request that sufficiently proves that you've educated yourself on the nuances of copyright, but if you can't do that I'm afraid you're going to lose access to your talk page for spamming unblock requests. ~Swarm~ {sting} 20:00, 1 May 2019 (UTC)

Ok, this is not a unblock request, but I am trying to get a admins attention. So I'm being harassed and impersonated on Wikipedia. This is not ok. I hadnt evaded any block and the two ips that pretended to be me are 85.119.46.8 and 46.211.122.85. Ip 46.211.122.85 is at Italy https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D--xvxWWsAEXp2p?format=jpg&name=large and ip 46.211.122.85 is at Ukraine https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D--xvxRWsAAMXwi?format=jpg&name=large and my ip is in Milwaukee. I can not have evaded my block and I have also been threatened. On this page from June 19 https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Angelgreat&oldid=902501093#April_22,_2019 ip 93.78.52.40 harasses me and threatened me. That ip is also at Ukraine. I am being impersonated and harasses. I want those ips blocked and my account protected indefinitely. Please help.

Request reason:

Hello, Its been a while and I have looked through the rules and reflected on my actions. I will also answer some questions provided to me as truthfully as I can. What is copyright? It is a type of intellectual property that grants the creator of a work exclusive rights to determine whether and under what conditions it may be copied and used by others, usually for a limited term of years. So pretty much the creater has the right to allow their work to be used and copied. The creator's work is copyrighted for the rest of their life plus 50 to 70 years. How is Wikipedia licenced? Wikipedia is licenced under the public domain. That means than any text, photos, and videos have to be on public domain. You can't copy paste text from somewhere or use someone's photo without their permision. It has to be allowed and text has to be written without plagiarism. Why is copyrighted content not allowed on Wikipedia? It infringes on the rights of the creator and violated the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. Wikipedia is free licenced under those terms, so it can't be using content that's violating the rules. Under what circumstances can we use copyrighted content? We can use it if the author released it under a free licence, the author has granted permission to use it, or if the author has been dead for over 50 to 70 years as the copyright is expired. How do I intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future? I will make sure to check my work before I publish anything. If I'm confused, I'll double check or ask staff for help. After all, this is a encyclopedia. Now here are some personal responses to my actions. Why did I threatened to break WP:BLOCK and WP:SOCK. I got mad when I didnt get unblocked and I thought adding that will force them to unblock me but instead It got my access revoked. I regret that now. Why did I engaged in cross-wiki attacks, harassment, and block evasion. I wanted to get back to editing as I have no other accounts. That got my Wikimedia commons account blocked which now made me impossible to upload or edit photos. I only did block evasion to remove the now deleted message from my main page and to talk to admins to try to still get unblocked on Wikimedia Commons and Wikipedia. I hadn't harassed anyone or did block evasion since August 2018. People have been using ips to get me into more trouble because of something I did on YouTube, but that's for another time. I will restrain from making promotional edits and make sure not to attack anyone. Please accept my answer.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

Hello, this is Angelgreat. It's been 2 and a half years since I was first blocked. I have done a lot of messed up things in the past, but I have changed and reflected on my actions. I was originally blocked for copyright violations by recreating a page without crediting the previous contributors. I was 15 (now 18) when I was blocked and was upset when I got originally blocked and have my appeals rejected. I have matured since then and gotten help for my anger issues. I also had my talk page access revoked twice after attacking the administrators reviewing my blocking and threatening to make a new account. I no longer will yell or attack any users on Wikipedia. I also have not ban evaded on Wikipedia since July 2018. I nevered ban evaded or engaged in sockpuppetry/meatpuppetry in April and July 2019. The so called ban evaders were people from outside the US who were going after me after a conflict between me and a group of YouTuber friends. I have since made peace with them and they have forgiven me. I will never sockpuppet or do anything to extend my block. I will also answer the questions provided to me by the blocking administrator. What is copyright? It is a type of intellectual property that grants the creator of a work exclusive rights to a creation for the rest of their life plus 50 to 70 years, depending on the country. How is Wikipedia licenced? Although some content is in the public domain, Wikipedia is co-licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License and the GNU Free Documentation License. Therefore, some text, photos, and videos need permission from the copyright holder to be used on other sited outside of Wikipedia. How do I intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future? I will make sure to double check my work, check my resources, and ask admins if there's any help. If it is in the public domain, it's safe to use. If it's still copyrighted, I'll ask for permission to use. If yes, I'll provide info. If no, I'll not use the copyrighted content.

I want to have a clean start and be a contributor on Wikipedia again. I have changed and believe to deserve to have a second change. I don't want to be blocked forever and I don't want to cause any new trouble. Please forgive and unblock me.

I can assure you that the unblock request was not disabled, it's just that there is a long queue of requests, and your request is long, as is the history of the block and previous declined requests - it's a lengthy review. Your comments below have made it quite an easy review however - had you said that it might accidentally been disabled in some way, I could overlook it, but you have suggested that it was intentional - that is an accusation of bad faith, and I cannot accept an unblock request from someone so willing to assume bad faith of other editors. @Girth Summit: I wasn't accusing Yamla of disabling the request, I said that she might have. I assumbed it could have been accidental, not intentional. I'm sorry if my wording has affected your decision, I won't type anything similar to the accusation again to not affect future unblocking request. Angelgreat (talk) 15:32, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
You said I suspect that Yamla could have intentionally disabled my request - I can't see another way to read that, other than as an assumption, or at the very least an inappropriately voiced suspicion, of bad faith. I am not disabling talk page access, so you are at liberty to make another request for someone else to review, but I'd ask that you do not remove or change any of these comments as they will be of relevance in considering any such review. Best GirthSummit (blether) 15:36, 22 January 2021 (UTC)

It's been a month

Over a month has passed and no one has responded to my Block request. I suspect that Yamla could have intentionally disabled my request when she removed [2] and then reinstated [3] it, but then again maybe the admins are busy on other things. I'll keep to get a response as I am a patient person, after all I'm not rushing anyone. Angelgreat (talk) 19:50, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

I am unfamiliar with your story. Please tell me in detail what you did that got you blocked.  – John M Wolfson (talk • contribs) 23:44, 3 May 2021 (UTC)

@John M Wolfson:Sorry for the late response, I was busy with other stuff in life. So around 2 and a half years ago, I recreated a page without crediting the original creators and I got blocked for that. After two a few unblocking requests, I threatened to ban evade and they revoked my talk page access in retaliation. I have changed a lot since then as I have matured. I understand what I have been blocked for, I will not cause any damage or disruption, and I will make useful contributions to Wikipedia. I want another chance here to redeem myself here and I do want to be contributing here, but it seems the Admins refuse to do so for the things I did when I was younger. I know that not everyone is perfect, but I think another chance will prove it. I'll give you time to review my request and if you accept or decline, I'll understand your decision.
