[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Purbasthali has been reverted.
Your edit here to Purbasthali was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://bloggerkolkata.blogspot.com/2019/02/chupir-char-kasthashali-home-of-water.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Speedy deletion nomination of How bird is identified
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on How bird is identified requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ...William, is the complaint department really on the roof? 12:39, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
The article How bird is identified has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This article is written more like an essay or a personal advice article rather than an encyclopedia article.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Mz7 (talk) 12:50, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
May I resubmit my article after proper editing? Amitavanath12 (talk) 16:58, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
Resubmission of my article
[edit]I have submitted an article "How bird is identified" and got a notification that the submitted article is 'Like an essay or personal opinion, not an article, so it will be deleted after 7 days' . Now my question is can I resubmit it after proper editing and in proper way for 2nd review ? Waiting for kind reply. Amitavanath12 (talk) 16:19, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
- You can edit the existing article to make it like a Wikipedia article. Perhaps it could later be re titled "Bird identification", but you really need to learn how Wikipedia works and how Wikipedia articles are written. I would suggest looking at other Wikipedia articles and following their format and style. You might find Wikipedia:Your first article or Wikipedia:Teahouse useful. Best regards.20:50, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of User:Amitavanath12
[edit]A tag has been placed on User:Amitavanath12 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Deletion discussion about Kanad bhattacharya
[edit]Hello, Amitavanath12,
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Onel5969 and it's nice to meet you :-)
I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Kanad bhattacharya should be deleted. Your comments are welcome over Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kanad bhattacharya .
You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Onel5969}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Birds of India blog
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Birds of India blog, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
