[edit]Looks like I tried to correct an apparent spelling mistake but made a spelling mistake in doing so. Since he is referred to as Misterioso elsewhere, should it not be Misterioso instead of Misterio in the note? In the FLC, you also wrote FLa in one place where you seem to mean FLs, but I didn't want to edit your comments. GaryColemanFan (talk) 16:05, 26 August 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Would you like to work together on making List of AAA Mega Champions an FL and perhaps the main article a GA?--WillC 02:51, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- I've been working on a topic of titles that have appeared and been defended in TNA in some big way. Apparently Jarrett defended that belt a few times in TNA so I have to include it in the topic now. I thought all I had left was the NWA World and NWA Tag but I guess not. Seeing as you are the Mexican contributor around here, I figured I'd talk to you about it since you know more on the subject than I do. I can update the table and work on the prose if you'll source it and copyedit me?--WillC 02:57, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- Alright, well I've put the list in a subpage located here so that we can work on it and possibly get a Did you Know out of it depending on how long it takes us to complete it. I'll update the table and everything shortly based on what I've learned in the King of the Mountain Champions FLC.--WillC 03:24, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
I just now noticed your message so ignore me removing the tournament bracket. I agree, if you feel there is not enough info to split the articles then lets merge them. Never had a problem with merging them. I just assumed you had split the list off and you wanted to keep it that way. Fine with me either way. As for the NWA Tag, something tells me there is enough information there for two articles. Afterall, it is the NWA World Tag Team Championship and has the issue with WCW, its time in TNA, etc. There is alot of history behind that title going in and out of companies. Defended in the U.S., Mexico, Japan, England, etc. So yes on merge for AAA, I say nay on NWA. I'd rather merge the NWA but something tells me that they should remain separate.--WillC 05:42, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- Article looks pretty good now. I guess we could use the Jarrett fact for a Did you know.--WillC 21:53, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- I don't know if it qualifies yet either. Most likely won't since we haven't added 5 times the prose. Reads decently to me. I'll look it over again though.--WillC 22:01, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- I was going to move the article to mainspace and merge the articles but then I looked at the title history from AAA. They keep track of defenses. I was wondering if you wanted to include that in the table like with New Japan: IWGP Heavyweight Championship?--WillC 23:37, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- I don't know if it qualifies yet either. Most likely won't since we haven't added 5 times the prose. Reads decently to me. I'll look it over again though.--WillC 22:01, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
I'll go ahead and add it later today then.--WillC 17:30, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
- I really don't go by the style guide anymore. I just go by what is good through FL. Not really anyone in the project knows what should be done and what shouldn't and we never have enough discussion on guides that anything important happens. Personally I hate that type of format and the WWE lists are poorly done and old, most likely fail FL. The TNA lists passed FL so that is good to me but I need to update them. I only change format if I'm shown something from the main MoS.--WillC 03:23, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
- I'm going to go ahead and move it to mainspace since I don't see that there is anything left to do.--WillC 03:39, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
- Moved and merged the articles, nominated it for FLC. Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/AAA Mega Championship/archive1, you're credited as well.--WillC 03:51, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
- I'm going to go ahead and move it to mainspace since I don't see that there is anything left to do.--WillC 03:39, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
I have yet to really research into whether he defended it or not. I do know he had it with him in TNA and TNA has a tendency to defend other promotions titles as seen with the IWGP belts. I'm not sure whether it will be a Good Topic or a Featured Topic. I have two different topics. You can check out all the ones I've planned at User:Wrestlinglover/Turning Point (2008). It really depends on what happens to each article what will occur. I have the IWGP Third Belt, the NWA Heavyweight, the NWA Tag, and the AAA Mega left. This is because they all appeared in TNA and were promoted. Are they TNA Titles? Not really but were used by TNA. I'm doing something different than the current champions topic that was done with the WWE titles. Instead I'm doing a TNA Championship article that will encompass the current champions, replacing that short list, and give a history for all titles used by TNA in a large way. As far as I can tell the NWA Junior Heavyweight and Women's Title were used by TNA but nothing more than the champions appearing because they were in the NWA. I don't consider them promoted since they were one time appearances. The IWGP and AAA belts were used on tv and used alot.--WillC 05:26, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Triple Crown
[edit]I'm just being nit-picky, but The Fabulous Kangaroos, Al Costello and Abismo Negro all have a bare url i'd like you to get rid of. I'm also not a fan of how half the references in Bobby Eaton don't have parameters like 'website/publisher' or retrieval dates specified, but i'm happy to give you these awards now in the good faith that these issues will be fixed. Otherwise the articles look fine to me, though I'd appreciate it if you gave them a quick look over as well to see if anything needs updating or improving. Well done. GA review of Richie Benaud article
[edit]Many thanks for your GA review of the Richie Benaud article. I think your most telling point is "this is supposed to be a Good Article, not a Good Cricket Article", which puts the whole thing in perspective. I think some of us with a special interest in a certain subject get used to certain phrases and uses of terminology and it is very helpful for people, not so steeped in the traditions, to point them out.
I've started fixing some of the issues you've raised and will certaily aim to work on the others. Again, many thanks. Perry Middlemiss (talk) 06:15, 20 September 2015 (UTC)

DYK and plot summaries
[edit]MPJ-DK, I wanted to point you to WP:DYKSG#D2, which talks about DYK's standards for inline source citations, including plot summaries. As you can see, plot summaries are an exception to the source citation requirements. This is the basis of my recent comment on the Episode 7202 review. BlueMoonset (talk) 18:21, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for adjusting the review. The only problem is that the review template and its summary icon is located at the top, before the ? icon I had to use when pulling back the nomination from prep, and it needs to remain there for the review chronology to make any sense. What you'll need to do is add another comment at the bottom, with the tick icon, indicating there that after further review, the nomination passes. The final icon on the nomination page is the one that holds sway, and my intermediate one needs to stay where it is. BlueMoonset (talk) 20:02, 9 January 2016 (UTC)

Using Earwig's Copyvio Detector
[edit]MPJ-DK, I noticed in your Jaqeli reviews you've been basing your decision as to whether a GA nomination has copyvio issues on the percentage and characterization (e.g., "Highly unlikely") returned by the tool. My experience of the tool is that its percentages and likelihood claims need to be taken with a great deal of skepticism. Indeed, there was a period where it was removed from the DYK toolbox because of far too many false negatives, and it still gives quite a few.
I have found clear copyvios of two sentences when the tool returned a 9.1% chance of a copyvio, and more than once. The tool also doesn't check for overly close paraphrasing (plagiarism)—it isn't capable of it—yet that's as often a problem as exact copying is. More important than the tool is your own judgment: when you check a paragraph against its source to be sure the article accurately represents the facts in the source, also make sure that the wording isn't copied or otherwise has strong similarities.
Please let me know if you have any questions. BlueMoonset (talk) 05:28, 6 March 2016 (UTC)

The fact was ... that in 1940, professional wrestler Murciélago Velázquez was the first Mexican to lose his mask in a match, creating the Luchas de Apuestas concept that headlines shows all over Mexico to this day? Your GA review
[edit]Hi. I did not want to say anything to you during the review process, not wanting to appear to influence you, but... wow, what a review. My GA nom languished there for months (most likely due to the article's length), and you did a superb job of evaluating it. A monumental feat, in my opinion. I shy away from such daunting tasks, but you dove right in. And your comments were spot on. The article is much better from your input, and I am proud of my part in bringing it to GA status. This isn't my first GA, but it is my most ambitious. Again, thank you so much. Onel5969 TT me 04:32, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
Thanks much
[edit]Thanks much for your GA Review, you've raised some wise recommendations.
I've implemented them directly in the article, and updated back at Talk:The Land of Gorch/GA2.
Thanks again,

2016 GA Cup-Round 2
[edit]Greetings, GA Cup competitors! Wednesday saw the end of Round 1. Sainsf took out Round 1 with an amazing score of 765. In second place, MPJ-DK earned an astounding 742 points, and in third place, FunkMonk received 610 points. In Round 1, 206 reviews were completed, more than any other year! At the beginning of March, there were 595 outstanding nominations in the GAN queue; by the end of Round 1, there were 490. We continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success, and for your part in helping other editors improve articles. We hope to see all remaining users fighting it out in Round 2 so we can lower the backlog as much as possible. To qualify for the second round, you needed to make it into the top 16 of participants. Users were placed in 4 random pools of 4. To qualify for Round 3, the top 2 in each pool will progress, and there will also be one wildcard. This means that the participant who comes in 9th place (all pools combined) will also move on. Round 2 will start on April 1 at 0:00:01 UTC and end on April 28 at 23:59:59 UTC. Information about Round 2 and the pools can be found here Also, remember that a major rule change will go into effect starting on April 1, which marks the beginning of Round Two. Round 1 had an issue brought up in the rules, which we are correcting with this clarification. We believe that this change will make the competition more inherently fair. The new rule is: All reviews must give the nominator (or anyone else willing to improve the article) time to address the issues at hand, even if the article would qualify for what is usually called a "quick fail" in GA terms. To avoid further confusion, we have updated the scoring page, replacing the term "quick fail" with the term "fail without granting time for improvements". We expect all reviewers to put a review on hold for seven days in cases such as these as well, in order to apply the same standards to every competitor. The judges will strictly enforce this new rule. Good luck and have fun! Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant still competing, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.

The default in Argentina
[edit]The legislators celebrated when Rodríguez Saá declared the default because of a huge misconception that exists in the country, both back then and still nowadays. The external debt has been a grave financial problem for Argentina since a long time ago. Many people like to think that the debt is something that the evil imperialism imposed to Argentina, and that refusing to pay it would be an inconsequential action. This idea is encouraged by populist leaders and left-wing troublemakers, and it sticks because of the low literacy of the people, which makes them easy prey for the deceptions of those politicians. The fact is that Argentina requested financial aids, wasted them and then has to pay for them, and that refusing to pay it generates very grave problems, but putting the blame on foreign people and supporting "magical" solutions is always easier and more appealing. In particular, those legislators thought that by declaring default Argentina was saving all the money that would be payed, and that the money would be available to be used for something else (yes, a weird and faulty logic, but that was basically the logic behind the cheerings).
As you can see, this explanation was a bit off-topic in Talk:Adolfo Rodríguez Saá/GA1, which should be focused on the article and the GA nomination. Cambalachero (talk) 16:50, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

2016 GA Cup-Round 3
[edit]Hello, GA Cup competitors! Thursday saw the end of Round 2. Sainsf once again took out Round 2 with an amazing score of 996 (a higher score then he received in Round 1!). In second place, MPJ-DK earned an astounding 541 points, and in third place, Carbrera received 419 points. In Round 2, 142 reviews were completed! At the beginning of April, there were 486 outstanding nominations in the GAN queue; by the end of Round 1, there were 384. Another demonstrable way in which this competition has made a difference is in the length of time articles languish in the queue. At the beginning of this GA Cup, the longest wait was over 9 months [1]; at the end of Round 2, the longest wait had decreased significantly, to a little over 5 months.[2] It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success, and for your part in helping other editors improve articles. We hope to see all remaining users fighting it out in Round 3 so we can keep lowering the backlog as much as possible. To qualify for the third round, contestants had to earn the two highest scores in each of the four pools in Round 2; plus, one wildcard. We had an unusual occurrence happen in Round 2: because only one contestant submitted reviews in one pool, we selected the contestant with the next highest score to move forward to Round 3. (There will be a rule change for future competitions in case something like this happens again.) For Round 3, users were placed in 3 random pools of 3. To qualify for the Final of the 3rd Annual GA Cup, the top user in each pool will progress, and there will also be one wildcard. This means that the participant who comes in 4th place (all pools combined) will also move on. Round 3 will start on May 1 at 0:00:01 UTC and end on May 29 at 23:59:59 UTC. Information about Round 3 and the pools can be found here. Good luck and have fun! Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. GA Cup-Round 3 Clarification
[edit]Hello, GA Cup competitors! It has been brought to our attention that we made a mistake in the last newsletter. In the last newsletter, we said that the "4th place" overall would make the Final along with the top user from each pool. However, the users who will advance will be the top user from each pool along with "4th and 5th place" overall. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that we caused. Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. 2016 GA Cup-Finals
[edit]Hello, GA Cup competitors! Tuesday saw the end of Round 3. Sainsf, for the third time, won with a sizable 487 points and a shocking 29 articles reviewed. In second, MPJ-DK had 168 points and 7 reviewed articles. In second place, MPJ-DK earned 168 points with just 7 articles, and in third place, Carbrera received 137 points with just 9 articles. Our two wildcard slots went to J Milburn with 122 points and Sturmvogel 66 with 101 points. In Round 3, 65 reviews were completed! At the beginning of the GA Cup, there were 595 outstanding nominations in the GAN queue; by the end of Round 3, there were 394. Another demonstrable way in which this competition has made a difference is in the length of time articles languish in the queue. At the beginning of the GA Cup, the longest wait was over 9 months [4]; at the end of Round 3, the longest wait had decreased significantly, to a little over 5 months [5]—nothing before 2016. It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success, and for your part in helping other editors improve articles. We hope to see all remaining users fighting it out in the Finals for the GA Cup so that are successes continue. To qualify for the Finals, contestants had to earn the highest scores in each of the three pools in Round 3; plus, as well as the top 2 of all remaining users in all of the pools. For the Finals, users were placed in one pool of the remaining five users. To win the GA Cup, you must have the most points. The Finals started on June 1 at 0:00:01 UTC' and end on June 30 at 23:59:59 UTC. Information about the Finals and the pools can be found here. A clarification: in order for the points to count, you must mark your reviews as completed; it's not up to the judges to ensure that all reviews are completed by the end of a round. We wish all the contestants the best of luck! Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. Promo Azteca
[edit]Hi. I was told you might be able to help with a lucha libre article I submitted to WP:AFC (Draft:Promo Azteca). I'm interested in improving it to a B or GA-status, or possibly nominating it as a DYK article, and was hoping your project might be able to give me some feedback (assuming it's approved). Thanks. 72.74.202.198 (talk) 02:42, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your help with the article. I've been searching for more sources using Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Sources but haven't found much so far. Would any of these Spanish-language pages be considered reliable sources?
- I also wrote a separate list for Promo Azteca alumni when it got too big for the original article. I submitted it to WP:AFC (Draft:List of Promo Azteca alumni) but I'm not sure if it's formatted correctly. I borrowed bits and pieces from various pro wrestling lists so please let me know if there's anything else I should do. 72.74.202.198 (talk) 12:55, 4 June 2016 (UTC)

2016 GA Cup-Wrap Up
[edit]Hello to our truly awesome GA Cup competitors! Thursday, June 30 saw the end of the 2016 GA Cup. It was a huge success. In the final, our five competitors reviewed an astonishing 207 articles, the most in any GA Cup final thus far. We continue to reach our goals and make a substantial impact in how quickly articles are reviewed for GA status. On March 1, the start of this competition, the article longest in the queue had languished there since June 26, 2015 [10]; in the July 1, 2016 list, the average wait length is just four months [11]. It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for their enthusiasm, and for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success. Remember that most articles can't even be considered for FA status unless it's been passed to GA first, so our efforts have created hundreds of potentials FAs. That is, as they say, a big deal. The final this time represented a real horse race between our 1st and 2nd place winners. First-time competitor (who had won all previous rounds) Sainsf earned an impressive 1456 points with 91 articles reviewed during the final. Close behind, in second place was Carbrera, also a first-time competitor, reviewed the most articles (94). Their enthusiasm was a treat to witness. Congrats to you both! The competition went relatively smoothly, with very little drama this time. We had to clarify one rule: in order for the points to count, you must mark your reviews as completed; it's not up to the judges to ensure that all reviews are completed by the end of a round. We were strict about adhering to this clarification, especially at the end of the final. We intend on stressing it in the stated rules for our next competition, which will be announced soon, so watch out for it. We also intend on applying for a grant through Wikimedia to include gift certificates for our winners, to further incentivize the GA Cup. Disambiguation link notification for July 3
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Arena Naucalpan 37th Anniversary Show, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Imposible (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Incomplete DYK nomination
[edit]Hello! Your submission of Template:Did you know nominations/70 IWRG DYKs at the Did You Know nominations page is not complete; see step 3 of the nomination procedure. If you do not want to continue with the nomination, tag the nomination page with {{db-g7}}, or ask a DYK admin. Thank you. DYKHousekeepingBot (talk) 16:52, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
MPJ-DK, I was wondering whether you had seen Cwmhiraeth's response to your review? Just so you know: generally, all DYK reviews should be given an icon when posted; as things are fixed, subsequent responses should be given a different icon when appropriate. Thanks! Moving DYK nominations to different date
[edit]MPJ-DK, I just moved 19 of your nominations from July 1 to July 2: DYK is UTC based as far as dates are concerned, and all of these had articles that were created or expanded starting on July 2. (If you have any multi-article nominations where some articles are from one date and some from another, place it under the earliest date.) I've also been adding "subpage" parameters to the DYKmake templates that don't have them on some of your multi-article nominations, and updating hooks that begin "...that" so they now begin "... that" with the required space. (I haven't gotten them all yet; you'll probably want to make sure they're all fixed.) Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:13, 7 July 2016 (UTC)
- I should probably also have noted that I think you'll want to limit the number of hooks overall that talk about a wrestler getting his head shaven. Once or twice is surprising and hooky but after that it gets to be old hat unless combined with something else unusual; since these wrestling hooks will probably be running every day or two for a while, the more variety the better. Looking at you work
[edit]Since I commented at the current AfD , I think it's only fair to say that , looking at your completed paid , I think Bluechai is excellent; LaToya might be very good also, but it's not a field I can judge; Born Warriors seems basically good as well, but may have a little too much detail (the appearance of too much detail may be diminished if you combine the isolated sentences into paragraphs) , and needs some adjectives of praise removed. Hope this helps. DGG ( talk ) 12:11, 17 July 2016 (UTC)

Reason behind my Mistakes & Apologies for that
[edit]Greetings! First of all, at first level I am really really thankful to you, because I was not aware of all these conflicts that you brought to my notice. Now as I have great honor for you as you are much more senior and great editor. Honestly I request you to be my mentor, I first confess what I have done wrong. I was asked on fiverr to make some specific changes, about the Legal issues of Mr. Fredrick Achom, I was not aware of the conflict at that time and I took the project just for 40$, I had to change the heading and some data in that category. I researched, and found that my client has some legitimate claims, so I made the edit. But later, I got interested in the page, as it is my nature I get interested in things I do, (like you can see my contributions, I have made edits to a single article many times to make it better) and I was not even paid for that. I added the information after studying the references. It was just because of my curious nature, I was not paid a single penny after the first change. But I was not aware of the severity of controversial case. Second I also accept that, I have voted to keep the RJ Tolson page, because I was paid 5$ and I did it after studying the case, I thought he is a renowned personality so there is no harm to vote to keep, and I gave my point of view on that. These are two edits I was paid for, I was not paid before and not after these two. But You can see my contributions and you would know that I love Wikipedia as it has been my source of knowledge and I love to spread knowledge. I apologies for my immature behavior, as I was not aware of such policies and conflicts, I request you to forgive my mistakes. I was trying to make some living out of my skills but I think I need a mentor to learn more, would you like to accept me as your student? and I promise I would never ever do anything like that again. Kindly guide me how can I disclose that I was paid for that edit?

Konnan
[edit]I rebuilt the article, and it's a lot better. Cagematch helped a lot with filling in all the gaps, and the end result was that I reformatted the whole career section by time period instead of promotion. Also, just as an FYI, I went to GAR and asked if it needed to be reassessed because of the size change, and was told there were things wrong with it that made it not GAR - most of them were there before I got to it, and the rest was contingent on the lede, which was contingent on getting the article correct. So there was indeed a pre-existing condition.
Anyhow, as I thought might be a problem, I am indeed finding some serious factual and chronological errors with the SLAM ref insofar as it pertains to his pre-wrestling days. Basically, through other definitely reliable refs, Konnan says he joined the Navy at 17 or 18 (born in 1964, so 1981-83ish) because a judge told him to (to "stay off the streets" as Konnan puts it) - he never says he actually went to jail, and I'm not sure why he'd gloss over that. The whole situation sounds like it was the typical "join or go to jail" thing. Meanwhile, SLAM says "he went to jail." SLAM also says he got out of the Navy (after four years, which is correct) in 1982, which is factually impossible - he'd had to have joined the Navy at 14, which just isn't possible. Given that SLAM also seems to get his birthday wrong, I even wonder if he was a state amateur boxing champ in California, as I can't find that info anywhere else (yet). A lot of the other refs cited for the bio portion had none of the info claimed in them, and two others I'm taking on their own recognizance, because they're behind paywalls and I can't verify them. Do you have any other ideas as to reliable resources where I might find that sort of info? My other option is to pare a lot of the "early bio" out completely for BLP reasons. [edit]Okay so do you understand that if you link Ultima Lucha you get a directed to a page you can find all the information on the events which then link you to all the Ultima Lucha events? If you don't need a section for every single event to be listed you just list one link that directs you to multiple links JMichael22 (talk) 12:53, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
Okay if you would like to discuss further please start a conversation in the talk page of the article or template no need for just us to go back and forth on a disagreement, thanks JMichael22 (talk) 13:02, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
WSOF has one template for its events first off secondly Lucha Underground has a template for its personnel, and has its main template that gathers all of its links together in one so that you can find everything out in one convenient location that directs you to individual pages on the certain topic and please once again if you feel strongly enough about it start a conversation in the talk page instead of coming to me about it and for your peace of mine go to TNA, WWE and who ever else's template and see if they have a section of only Wrestlemania or Bound for glory events listed if they do I'd agree then that Ultima Lucha should then have its own section on the template JMichael22 (talk) 17:14, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
Show me the WWE and TNA template where they have the BFG and Mania sections with all the events templates show me it please because you obviously don't know what your talking about mania and BFG have their own templates for the events but on the main template they DO NOT have sections for ever single individual mania or BFG listed so please do your research before trying to step to me if created so many templates I know exactly how they are supposed to be done JMichael22 (talk) 17:25, 3 August 2016 (UTC)

Paid editing
[edit]I have undone your edits to Bangladeshi Americans. Notability is not established by adding two press releases, one from his own company and one from a business accreditation company that has accredited his company. Please check WP:NOTABILITY and WP:RS.
Furthermore, WP:PAID#Conflict of interest guideline strongly suggest that paid edits aren't done directly in articles, but on article talk pages, so that other editors can check the edits before they reach the mainpage, to avoid such situations. WP:COI: "Editors with a financial conflict of interest, including paid editors, are advised not to edit affected articles". Fram (talk) 12:50, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
The above problems were relatively minor, but your editing at Butterfly pea flower tea is truly unacceptable. Writing an article on a general product, but doing so under the name of the company that paid you as if their name is the generally accepted name for that beverage, is pure commercial promotion, not encyclopedic editing. Adding the health benefits claims makes it even worse (the scientific article was about methanolic extracts, not about tea extracts: claiming that the tea has the same benefits is typical health food promotalk but should not be repeated here).
I have removed all dubious (copyright) or too commercial links, all incorrect instances of the name, all health claims, and hopefully all other problems the article had. I also removed some then unsourced bits. It now resembles a normal, promo-free Wikipedia article.
Please make sure that future paid edits don't repeat these problems, and preferably use talk pages (for existing articles) or draft spaces (for new ones) to get uninvolved eyes on them before they reach the mainspace. Fram (talk) 14:03, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
