Overall: @P199. Hook is interesting, QPQ is done, article is new and long enough. The article is good overall. However, I do feel that the overuse of the 3rd citation does hurt the article quite a bit. I will still approve the nomination because nothing in the rules explicitly states that the overuse of a citation prevents approval though my judgment may be wrong. good job though.
