Batsirai and the tropical low are one system
[edit]I'm don't sure about that but I think the track and date it's active tell that one system. 07:16, 27 January 2022 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2402:800:61CF:D6CA:35FA:69A4:BA19:33CD (talk)
When a tropical cyclone is ongoing
[edit]Whenever some tropical cyclones are ongoing we should add them, and can add it if another system happens while one is ongoing and goes off, then that would never be there. I saw this with Emnati and Fezile Fezile dissipitation happening while Emnati was still going on, so I changed it and decided to put this up, it would be helpful if we did that.
Protecting this page from Vandalism
[edit]I think we should protect this page from Vandalism, one IP address keeps messing with the timeline causing disruptive edits, and they were doing the same thing on the 2021–22 Australian region cyclone season page. Cyclonetracker7586 (talk) 22:22, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
Too many images
[edit]There are 5 images in the Western Pacific when at max the other sections have 2 (not including the season summary track map). I feel like this makes the section look clunky when an entire side of the page is full of images. There should be less. RandomInfinity17 (talk) 17:37, 17 September 2022 (UTC)
- @RandomInfinity17 Sorry, I'm the one who placed those images. I'll take down the image featuring Songda and Trases along with the image of Ma-on and Tokage. I don't know why but, due to the disorganized structure of the storm the two images doesn't seem very (active) to me. Layah50 (talk) 06:59, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
Maintenance - Citation Needed Templates (October 15, 2022)
[edit]The follow tropical cyclones need references added for their entries in the Systems section of the article with the following monthly charts:
- February
- May
- September
- Tropical Storm Madeline (2022)
- Tropical Storm Talas (2022)
- Typhoon Noru
- Tropical Storm Hermine (2022)
- October
- The entire chart in Tropical cyclones in 2022#Global effects
Once the citation needed templates have been replaces with references, the sources exist template at the top of the article can be removed. Elijahandskip (talk) 13:50, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
Global cyclone track map
[edit]Someone should update the 2022 global tropical cyclone track map because it's way too outdated Rainbow Galaxy POC (talk) 21:32, 15 October 2022 (UTC)

Eastern Pacific storm count
[edit]Because two systems crossed over from the Atlantic to the Eastern Pacific, now there has been 19 named storms and 17 systems formed. Can anyone mention Julia in the note below? Cabociano (talk) 15:59, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
- Done – thank you for mentioning this oversight. Drdpw (talk) 16:31, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
Combined Track Map
[edit]Whoever has the software for updating the combined track map, I would really appreciate it. Wikieditorperson1 (talk) 14:05, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
Longest lasting system
[edit]In UTC time, Ellie has lasted for 17 days (December 20-January 6). However, since Ellie crossed years, should it be listed as the longest lasting storm along with Darian or should it be excluded? RandomInfinity17 (talk) 02:09, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
