Text and/or other creative content from 2018 Pacific typhoon season was copied or moved into Draft:Tropical Storm Usagi (2018). The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

Expansion

@Hurricane Noah: Unfortunately, college is holding me back. For now, I'm going to submit this via AfC submission just like what I have done on Tropical Storm Higos (2020) - which is also a copy from the season article, then slowly build it up in time.
