Rename the article
[edit]Todd's legal name is Todd Togers, not Todd Rogers. This can be seen on the court documentation that he legally submitted on his lawsuit against Twin Galaxies.
Untitled
[edit]Is there a reason why every newspaper and television station that has mentioned him is listed here?70.108.241.211 (talk) 21:31, 6 August 2010 (UTC)
Removed section "Video Game Scoreboard 2013"
[edit]Formerly read as follows: Video Game Scoreboard "VGS" launched in early 2013 as a competitive source for video gaming tracking and world record setting authorities. Their mission goals are direct and to the point and when you visit their web site you see a lot of new activities in the works for the more modern gamer to be recognized on. Everything is straight forward and they even give you tips on how to submit record gaming attempts. It's no wonder why Todd Rogers is involved with this new company their ideas are crisp, very embracive and most important current.
The problems: unsourced; WP:NPOV; WP:V (after some basic digging, found no source to verify this); terribly written with spelling and grammatical errors. Will try to come back later for more cleanup. ProfMontgomery (talk) 14:04, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
Sources
[edit]So which of the citations listed at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2476936/publicity actually discuss Rogers in depth (e.g., [1])? The rest of the article needs to be cleared out and sourced to such articles. czar 06:00, 5 October 2015 (UTC)

[edit]The Biggest Cheater in Gaming History? (1700+ Scores w/ no Evidence) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8e-H4sEHB54 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.238.16.31 (talk) 17:11, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- Wikipedia takes accuracy on biographies of living people very seriously, and original research is not acceptable, meaning a random YouTube video is not sufficient evidence to make bold claims about someone being a cheater on their Wikipedia article. That said, some of these accusations are already covered in the "Disputed records" section, and if the new claims get coverage from reliable sources, they can be incorporated into the article. -IagoQnsi (talk) 17:58, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- To be fair, we could use the video's sources as a starting point for something. However, it seems most of those are either not acceptable or of very limited use (ie. while it is reasonable to mention that Todd once wrote a post (and then we can only mention he wrote it as opposed to presenting them as fact), none of the related counterclaims that give it context come from valid sources).181.115.8.231 (talk) 07:23, 25 January 2018 (UTC)

Grammar mistake: Under "Disputed Records" at the end of the second paragraph, the text reads "...even when [the all] obstacles are removed." when it should read "...even when [all the] obstacles are removed.". Deakula (talk) 22:32, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
Notice
[edit]User @Bendavidson1950 has been protecting this page in something of a WP:BATTLEGROUND mindset. His edit history shows a singular desire to remove any content, without explanation, that is somewhat negative to the subject matter. This user might very well be Rogers himself or someone invested in him, but either way, I implore administrators to keep a watch of this page for such future edits. --73.14.195.213 (talk) 04:18, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
Math
[edit]"with the next best recorded score being 58,078, 112000% lower than Rogers' claimed record" methinks Wikipedia has failed arithmetic in elementary school 9 is 10% lower than 10; 5 is 50% lower than 10. -10 is 200% lower than 10. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.241.155.230 (talk) 18:13, 4 December 2018 (UTC)
Book
[edit]Todd has begun a lawsuit involving projected losses regarding the sale of his book. Does anyone know of a book authored by Todd? 203.211.77.108 (talk) 07:44, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
