A New Frontier
[edit]It's pretty obvious the game's officially called The Walking Dead: A New Frontier now. The old title looks outdated at this point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.14.156.68 (talk) 21:46, 23 December 2016 (UTC)

The Walking Dead: Season Three → The Walking Dead: A New Frontier – The Walking Dead: A New Frontier has been the title's common name after the subtitle was revealed.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] AdrianGamer (talk) 05:38, 4 December 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose at least at this point. "A New Frontier" is a relative new subtitle, and even just looking at some of the links, some still prefer to call it "Season 3". It's also consistent with existing naming of the other two seasons. --MASEM (t) 09:17, 4 December 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose "A New Frontier" is the tagline of the video game, and the same format of the previous seasons The Walking Dead: Season One and The Walking Dead: Season Two should be kept. Also it states in the description that the game is also known as "A New Frontier." --User:ApparentlyIDK (t) 02:44, 6 December 2016 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: page moved. (non-admin closure) GeoffreyT2000 (talk, contribs) 18:43, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
The Walking Dead: Season Three → The Walking Dead: A New Frontier – Now that the game is out, it is clear that they have dropped the "Season" titling and have used "A New Frontier" as this game's distinguishing subtitle from other seasons. I'd also add that TTG has approached this game as to try to appear to new players (eg the ability to customize your Clem or to start with their pre-set result) so that its dependency on previous seasons is less as critical. While I opposed this move before, I think it makes more sense now that the game is out and we see how it is talked about and promoted. MASEM (t) 17:20, 29 December 2016 (UTC)
- I agree especially as it will also help solve the confusion with season 3 of The Walking Dead TV series. 117.199.89.215 (talk) 02:01, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
- Agree, since "A New Frontier" seems to be the name on all official materials e.g. steam listings — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deelay58 (talk • contribs) 17:47, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
- Agree as well, because "A New Frontier" is the official name used in the game and the official webpage.--Peter Yeung (talk) 07:52, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
