Fair use rationale for Image:Vcgame.jpg

[edit]

Image:Vcgame.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Track Listing

[edit]

It says Track Listing, but doesn't list any tracks. Either the tracks should be added or the "Track Listing" heading should be deleted. Mollymoon 03:27, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to reception section

[edit]

Hi Angeldeb. Regarding your recent edits to the reception section of the article, you've increased the number of reviews in the table from 12 to 28. Don't you think that's just a tad superfluous? The guidelines recommend about 5-6 as a base, and if you look around at various VG FAs, you won't find many with more than 10 or so. Similarly, when adding custom reviews to a table, you can only add a maximum of 10. Having a review table with 28 reviews is a little over-the-top. Wikipedia is not a repository for reviews. People can go to Metacritic or GameRankings for that, both of which are linked in the article. I don't really want to simply undo everything you've done, but the table as it stands at the moment is pretty crazy. Bertaut (talk) 01:19, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

To note - every score and its reference included within a score table must be used in the prose of the reception section, otherwise you are just loaded the table with data without importance. We include the aggregators so that people can look across all the scores for a game themselves; our tables should only be about 5-10 entries to give enough flavor to the scores and to connect with the prose. --MASEM (t) 15:20, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
