Status in 2018:
[edit]Pete Waterman and boat long gone, property looking very run-down, and now recently sold to presumably a commercial user who may well do it up. Hardly notable, other than its past use for recording. The original Waite's boathouse appears on old (1900-ish) postcards, at least the sign and the boats do. Incidentally, is it on an island? Surely not. Davidnugget (talk) 19:12, 10 June 2018 (UTC)
- Concur that it's hardly notable. ∯WBGconverse 10:08, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
