Loud noises!
[edit]There's already a Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage page! It's also of better quality than this one. Shouldn't this one be deleted?
- I merged under this namespace because while there is no "and" on the cartridge, which lists the title as "Spider-Man Venom Maximum Carnage," only with trademark symbols, "and" is spelled out on the title screen. Ace of Sevens 21:26, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
Innaccurate trivia
[edit]I noticed that the trivia section states that "Maximum Carnage was one of several games for the SNES that was published in a 'blood-red' cartridge edition. The red cartridge was intended to be a special edition, but the game did not sell well enough to warrant any standard grey cartridge print runs." There's a problem with this statement since I own a grey cart version of the game. Here's an item on ebay with a grey cart. I am therefore removing the second half of the 'trivia' tidbit. --Thaddius 23:56, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
Similarities to Ultimate Spider-man game
[edit]That section seems pretty irrelevant. It seems like a weak attempt to connect the two games.
Fair use rationale for Image:MaximumcarnageSNES boxart.jpg
[edit]Image:MaximumcarnageSNES boxart.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Supporting Characters and Abilities
[edit]I was thinking a table be put out showing what the supporting characters do when summoned by either Spider-Man or Venom. Arnabdas (talk) 16:24, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Only SNES games to use colored cartridges
[edit]IIRC, this and Doom were the only two SNES games to use a color other than grey for their cartridges, in this case they were red. MightyArms (talk) 20:33, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
