release date

[edit]

user:Ferret do you have anything to back this affirmation:

We denote WW as the normal release

or is it your opinion? 179.159.238.144 (talk) 19:38, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Standard convention and usage for how {{video game release}} and {{Infobox video game}} list release dates. I maintain both of those templates. We always use abbreviations to save space in the infobox, and we certainly don't bold the labels. -- ferret (talk) 19:47, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
So it is not written anywhere and it is your opinion, right? I am not insinting on this because it is clear you are adamant at including a FALSE INFORMATION on this page. WW means WORLDWIDE which include Europe and the Middle East. If you don't like the bold text or any other style, do change that! But to say the release date WORLDWIDE is at 19 september is OBJECTIVELY WRONG.
Other than that, great job at maintaining these templates! This article is also very good.179.159.238.144 (talk) 20:02, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Shouldn't this be called Sega Mega Drive Mini, Mega Drive was its original name, it was only called Genesis because Sega of America never had the rights to use the Mega Drive name, this is about the Mega Drive Mini, this makes is sound like America invented it when Sega of Japan did so should be called by its original name, Genesis should never be first in it name it should be second(Sega Mega Drive/Genesis), it was only called Genesis in the US only, everywhere else it was Mega Drive is original name, see what I mean...?
