Salvaged draft article

I salvaging this article from User:Sloggerbum/DRAFTme -- a draft written by a blocked sockpuppet -- as suggested in WP:STALEDRAFT. I checked all of the references and fixed several URLs that had gone bad. This page still needs to be updated; in only covers up to 2011. See http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1945286/
