Japan exclusive?
[edit]Actually, if I remember correctly, Lucky & Wild was released in the US. I remember seeing it in an arcade down here in Missouri, and I know I didn't imagine it. The text was all in plain English too, and a US rom of it definitely exists.

Fighting or rail shooter?
