[edit]This article is the subject of this deletion review: 2006 July 17: List of Sci Fi Channel (United States) programs. As far as I can tell, it was listed there not because the administrator was wrong to delete the article, but that another AfD discussion warranted restoration. --GunnarRene 11:13, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
This is strange. Didn't the end result of the vote both on this page and the larger issue end up as Keep? why is it still deleted? 15:22, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
Error corrected
[edit]I deleted the listing of Mork & Mindy under SCI FI's second-run programming list, as someone had placed it there, stating it will air on the channel in 2008 without citing any source. Jason.cinema 21:18 24 November 2006
Divide up some.
[edit]Based on general day of airing or programming block (if it happens to have a name, like "Cartoon Quest", S.C.I.F.I. World, &c), for instance: SciFi Friday and a few years back there were other days that aired Lexx and The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne..
Also, I think the Releases segment is a bit of a mess... I think it should have a table going for it. Possibly even with movie posters if there wasn't so many redlinks going for it right now. DrWho42 05:32, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
For those not in the know (which seems to be a particularly plusload), I've recently went through the trouble of gathering up and crafting an article providing the list of shows aired on the Sci Fi Channel along its programming block of S.C.I.F.I. World. Anyone and everyone is welcome to contribute their share to either corresponding article. DrWho42 01:14, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Saturday Anime.gif
[edit]Image:Saturday Anime.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Sarah Jane Smith
[edit]I'mn not sure where to put this or how to source it, but Sci Fi is playing The Sarah Jane Adventures as a first run program in the US.--71.31.60.37 (talk) 00:06, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
WWE Raw
[edit]There should probably be a mention somewhere that one time SciFi aired an episode of WWE Raw. It was a new episode, so it probably should be under first run, but it's really a special case, since it was just because sister network USA was preempting the show's regular timeslot, so maybe just a special mention not in the first run section.76.226.141.60 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 22:50, 29 June 2009 (UTC).
A missing show
[edit]I don't remember the name but I noticed the article is missing a show that lasted a very short while which was a game show where the premise was the contestants entered a "strange" man's house and participated in various challenges to find as much money as possible while things were done to "freak them out" such as flooding the room, filling it with snakes, spiders, electric shock wires, even closing the room in. Does anyone remember the name? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.144.168.235 (talk) 03:45, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
- I think it was called Estate of Panic. The list's also forgetting Chase, or Ch$se or however that was spelled. --Super Bhaal (talk) 19:36, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
Alice in Wonderland.
[edit]I had heard about a miniseries coming in December based on the "Alice in Wonderland" basic story. I didn't see it on this page, but I did a quick Google search and I found some things on it. I'm not necessarily sure how reliable they are, but the information is out there. Also I just read an article on TVOverMind (not sure if this is reliable) about Bryan Singer producing a 2012 miniseries. That article is located here. Just thought I'd bring this to some attention. --HELLØ ŦHERE 20:47, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- Almost certain I saw an add for it somewhere. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 21:27, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager on Syfy
[edit]Will Syfy ever acquire the broadcast rights to Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager sometime in the near future? AdamDeanHall (talk) 20:10, 6 August 2010 (UTC)
Ratings
[edit]A very nice addition might be a column for the listings of shows that gives ratings, like from Nielson, TV Guide, Amazon, or some other well known rating site. just a thought. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.54.204.126 (talk)
Ani-Monday
[edit]The films and television series listed in this section appear incomeplete. Are these only shows that have been broadcasted? There are several others like Ergo Proxy and Texhonolize that they have obtained the rights for but have not been played yet. There is no description of what the list is anywhere, just a list. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.61.13.21 (talk) 19:35, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
Lost Girl
[edit]I'm not sure where to add "Lost Girl". I originally thought it was a new, first run program, but after checking Wikipedia, it appears it has been running for 2 seasons on Showcase in Canada. Is this a second run program, or would it still be a first run because the show is still in production (it got renewed for a 3rd season on Showcase)? Odie1344 (talk) 19:37, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
I added Lost Girl because it fits in the topic of the wiki. The second season is new to the US, so it is not a rebroadcast from another channel. Also (as of June 2012), SyFy has contracted for season 3, which should broadcast in Jan 2013 in both the US and Canada. Another issue is the heavy pirating on YouTube, which will hopefully not impact the broadcast of Season 3. JonLayneFisher (talk) 13:50, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
