February 31?
[edit]Someone's yankin' our chains NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC February 31, 2000 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.111.33.117 (talk) 04:54, 12 March 2012 (UTC)
move to list of basketball video games and parent category?
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the proposal was moved. There should be no problem with the categories, since Category:National Basketball Association video games is a subcat of Category:Basketball video games. If a non-NBA game is mistakenly placed in that category, simply move it up to the broader category. --BDD (talk) 18:55, 3 January 2013 (UTC) (non-admin closure)

- Support - Most of these games are not NBA games; all of them are Basketball games. Salvidrim! 13:12, 27 December 2012 (UTC)
- Support while many of the games listed here can easily be called NBA games there are several that have no connection at all such as Double Dribble, Arch Rivals, and Street Hoop. Other basketball games listed have NBA stars such as One on One: Dr. J vs. Larry Bird Jordan vs. Bird: One on One but I would still not consider them to be a NBA game simply because players from that league are in it. I also noticed that Shaq Fu and Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City are listed and while they do star people who were from the NBA they are a 2d fighting game and a 2d platformer respectably. I don't see either of them as an NBA game and the case for removal is even stronger if this request is successful. I am going to remove the last two but if someone objects I have no problen if they wish to restore them.--64.229.167.20 (talk) 23:16, 27 December 2012 (UTC)
