Talk:La Pucelle: Tactics
Comments
[edit]I discovered some errors in the main part of the article; does whomever is working on this want me to fix them or would they rather do it themselves?
In story, the church is labled as Divine Maiden instead of Holy Maiden
In Croix's profile, he is labled as working for the Church of the Divine Mother. He was actually a freelance demon hunter hired by the Church of the Divine Mother; similar, but that might cause some confusion so I'll point it out.
In Chapter 2, Croix was not asked by the Church of the Divine Mother to find the murderer; he was hired on the side by the boyfriend of one of the victims. Also, Culotte's name is spelled wrong in one paragraph.
In Chapter 3, the castle should be labled Cresson Castle, not Cresson Palace. I also think the Uniform scene appears if you kill the Gargoyle but don't save the Forest Lord, however it's been a long time since I've gotten anything but the Good Ending so I might be wrong.
I also have a printout of the script (containing only Good Endings though) in case there is any imput needed in the future.

Yes, the uniform scene happens as long as you kill the gargoyle in ch 3. --Hitokirifelix 22:33, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
Disgaea and La Pucelle are not part of the same series...
[edit]Editted the part where it called Disgaea it's sequel. Besides Prier being a Hidden Boss, the games are unrelated, even if they both take place in Nippon Ichi's grand little multiverse. Not a big thing, but it bugged my nerves slightly. Moggy 20:31, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Trivia Precision
[edit]The article says that characters and locations are named after french foods, but it's rather french words in general. Champignon means mushroom, Prier means to pray, Croix means a cross, Homard means lobster and Papillon means butterfly... Even Pucelle means something, but I'd rather not mention what it is.
Could someone who's better at editing Wikipedia change the main article for me? Delpolo (talk) 23:38, 22 December 2008 (UTC
- In a concern of precision i'd like to point out that "Pucelle" literal meaning in french is a (female) virgin and hold that meaning exclusively. I am somewhat intrigued it's been translated as maid... perhaps something to do with the seldom employed "old maid" meaning ?
- Similarly, "culotte" is not translated into pants, but into [i]panties[/i], as in the female bottom underwear thing.
- I'll leave it to the appreciation of a Mod whether the exactitude overwhelms the ... politenessless. 02:46, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
