Silenced weapons completely unavailable in the prequel?
[edit]In Project I.G.I you could use the Dragunov sniper rifle which was silenced. I would remove the line 'completely unavailable in the prequel'. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Liffmeister (talk • contribs) 11:23, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Recent edits
[edit]My edit here is in accordance with WP:VG/GL; Plot sections should not exceed 700 words. The new edit places it at about 1000 excluding the character sub-category, while not contributing much of value to the uninitiated reader. That's my why I reverted the additions to the plot section. The characters section is inappropriate per #6 of WP:GAMECRUFT; anything relevant should be moved to the plot section. Also, there are no independent sources covering why or how any of these are notable or relevant enough to be separately described. Also drawing on #6 of WP:GAMECRUFT, none of these character lists describe their "concept, creation, and reception". As for the plot section, it is now over 1000 words, where WP:VG/GL says that it should not excede 700. Two solutions to this problem: Trim the new one down, or restore the old one. Eik Corell (talk) 02:15, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
WP: GAMECRUFT suggests that the characters should have proper details and they can have some plot related details as well which the previous version fails to provide. Also the previous version relates the antagonist of the game as a friend of the protagonist which was not the case in the actual plot. WP:VG/GL sets the limit of 700 words in case of necessity which doesn't seem to be the case in this article. The previous version is also out of focus in the beginning and skips important events of the game which might not seem interesting to both gamers and non-gamers according to the guidelines of WP:VG/GL. The recent edited version also not describes as to how to play the game and how to use weapons as the WP:VG/GL forbids, it just adds more useful information in the article about what actually happened. A humble opinion is that no trimming is required in the article as WP:VG/GL has not set a mandatory limit of 700 words. U1Quattro (talk) 18:56, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
