Season 2

Episodes
[edit]I changed the way the episodes pages looks. Please keep it up for a while to see how people like it. Thanks, :D. - Alec2011 (talk) 19:04, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
Changes to the template used in the episode articles
[edit]A discussion is underway at Talk:List of Hannah Montana episodes#Changes to the template used in the episode articles about whether we should use a non-standard template that excludes episode summaries or do as most episode articles do and use the standard template that includes episode summaries in the main episode list article. Please share your thoughts on the matter. --AussieLegend (talk) 09:18, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Title References
[edit]The title references from this season were removed... they need to be reverted. That informastion was a good edition to the article. If you cannot find the edit in which it was removed in the history, then just add them. --Ipodnano05 (talk) 18:53, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
- The title refences were uncited. Many were very clearly speculative. All fail Wikipedia:Verifiability. --AussieLegend (talk) 20:08, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
Requested move
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was page renamed to "Hannah Montana (season 1)". —harej (talk) 08:59, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
List of Hannah Montana episodes (Season 1) → Hannah Montana (season 1) — The new name would be shorter, simpler, and would better represent the article content which includes more than just an episode list.

- Comment If we move this article then we need to move all of the season articles or none at all to maintain consistency. Moving the other articles and not this one, as was done, has now made the season names inconsistent. Added to that, no housekeeping was done post move to correct links so as to avoid unnecessary redirects. To restore consistency, I've moved the season 2 article back while this discussion is underway and I attempted to move the season 3 article back but made an error that I can't correct at this time. I've addressed this at Wikipedia:Requested moves. --AussieLegend (talk) 07:45, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
OpposeThis is still mainly a tabular list of episodes with some limited additional information. Anything more than that should be moved to the main series article. The current tree of Hannah Montana, List of Hannah Montana episodes and List of Hannah Montana episodes (season x) is consistent with how other long running series are documented. --NrDg 14:13, 27 June 2009 (UTC)- I withdraw my objection. --NrDg 17:26, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose The standard for all season articles on Wikipedia is "List of ----- episodes (season -)". So the article should be moved, but to List of Hannah Montana episodes (season 1). TJ Spyke 14:55, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
- Comment The above comment by TJ Spyke is not true. Just look at some of the pages in the category "Television seasons." I thought that these three HM articles are more similar to those articles because they contain sections on background, production, casting, etc. However NrDg wants to define "limited additional information," what is here is comparable to other articles in that category. This isn't interfering with the "Hannah tree," it's just recategorization. In contrast, most of the articles under the current category "Lists of children's television series episodes" are raw episode lists, while the articles in the previous category have episode lists as a section. Based on that I thought it should be moved.
- BTW ~ nominating this article was an effort for consistency. I moved the other two first not thinking it would be controversial. But this one had to be nominated because it had an existing destination page. Sorry for the headache. Pigby (talk) 16:40, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
- Support Per above comments. There is sufficient content in each of the season articles to meet WP:N requirements as articles in their own right and the episode listing therein are just a component of the article, not the main point. I will make the moves for all 3 articles myself in a few days if there is no further objection and someone else does not do it. I don't see this as being controversial any more. --NrDg 21:29, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
- I fixed the move targets so that anybody can do the moves of all three articles now. Admin assistance no longer required for the moves. --NrDg 21:42, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
