Cleanup
[edit]This article is in serious need of a cleanup
I have tried to tidy up the language, but as I know nothing of the facts there is only so much I can do. really it needs to be written in a more formal tone and to have its facts checked and sources cited. – MrWeeble Talk Brit tv 18:52, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
I work for the channel as a presenter and have added most of the information i'm currently allowed to be made public. i'll add more as soon as i'm allowed. - Larry Bundy Jr
I changed the initial "was an Italian company" to "is an Italian company". I don't know if that's correct, but the rest of the article seems to be in the present tense. I also did some cleanup, but like MrWeeble I don't know anything about the subject. --Fang Aili 18:10, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
Updated the the page, with current events. Also re enstated the Guru presenters section as it was an important part of the channel - Larry Bundy Jr
- A list of gurus is not important, and they are already listed (with questionable encyclopedic value) in the Game Guru article. However since I don't really care about this topic, I'm walking away from this one. --Fang Aili 18:20, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
This article is a lot like the channel. Completely in the shitter
Cleaned up slightly, edited for grammar and spelling. Formatted a bit better.
Larry, you only did a handful of shows from the studio. I would have put you down as a web-cam based presenter, not a studio based one. Nice try to get yourself bigged up there...
I never put myself there. and who the hell are you?
Wow, what a way to take what was meant to be a ;) kind of comment...
I thought you might have been the same guy from earlier.
If someone did any presenting in the studio then they they are obviously a studio based presented too.
It would be good to have some more information about various things such as the old GJs (Games Jockeys), or past shows, before the eventual buy out of the Game Network channel by Cell. Most of the stuff, such as the Games Gurus seems to be covered in enough detail already.
Got rid of the "london Studio based" and "home based" presenters division of the gurus as the majority of the presenters did both at some time and it was just confusing and false dividing them.
Edited the Evolution Summary as it never chaged directions, The ATI show was a series "Special"Djnes 01:35, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
duplicate content
[edit]The sections at Game_Guru#Where_are_the_Gurus_now.3F and Game_Network#Where_are_the_Gurus_now.3F are duplicate content. One of them should be deleted. I can't decide which so I am posting here. Looks like there is some other duplicate information too. Please clean it up. (Requestion 22:32, 4 June 2007 (UTC))
- How about you leave them as the staff does differ slightly from that show and the channel itself. --Guru Larry 02:16, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- My reply is at Talk:Game_Guru#duplicate_content. (Requestion 16:51, 6 June 2007 (UTC))
