Some one is editing wrong
[edit]I have seen that some one have added wrong information in Fatal frame 1, 2 and 3, adding a character that doesn't exist ("Tsukiko"), i have deleted this in all the pages, please don't do it again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.201.111.121 (talk) 07:50, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
Character subsections
[edit]Since so many of the characters are part of a family and share surnames, what do people think of creating subsections for them on that basis? I've been redirecting the characters names to just 'Characters' for now, but this would allow more specific redirects and more obvious groupings for those interested. Fatal Frame II on Wii
[edit]It was recently announced that Fatal Frame II was coming out on the Wii. I noticed someone putting "a wii version released in 2011" or something similar; edited it but will update when more information is announced. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yuna66 (talk • contribs) 19:47, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Wii remake section
[edit]The section should be named after the English version since this is the English Wikipedia. See policies regarding this: WP:NCVG ("Use the most commonly accepted English name first, if one exists.") and WP:ENGLISH ("The title of an article should generally use the version of the name of the subject which is most common in the English language, as you would find it in reliable sources"). --Mika1h (talk) 19:27, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
I've been undoing your edit because Zero Shinku No Chou is the right name even if the game released on other countries, and plus you might never know that Project Zero is the developing team of first three games and the people in Europe mistook it for being the European name (PAL Name). --(User talk:112.198.64.81) 23:20, 23 July 2012
- Project Zero 2 is the official English title. It's as "right" as the Japanese one. --Mika1h (talk) 11:55, 25 July 2012 (UTC)

- I also changes it to Zero Shinku No Chou and now I don't do it anymore because it is in English Wikipedia, You have to follow the rules
--Neutron15 (talk) 15:27, 26 July 2012 (UTC)
- What rules are those? Didn't you read the policies I cited? --Mika1h (talk) 14:25, 26 July 2012 (UTC)
- Are you taking to me or him
--Neutron15 (talk) 12:53, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry, I misread your comment. --Mika1h (talk) 11:31, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
- Why are you changing it again
--(User talk:112.198.64.81) 7:15, 28 July 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.198.64.69 (talk)
- Because it goes against the policies I cited above. --Mika1h (talk) 10:42, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
- Per WP:NCVG and WP:ENGLISH, when an English title exists, it is preferred to any foreign title. Using the Japanese title on the sole basis of chronological priority goes against policy and is to be avoided. Salvidrim! 20:46, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
- Since there have been no policy or guideline presented to support using the Japanese name over the officially announced English name (and several that actually discourage it), nor has there been anyone else in the discussion supporting the change the English name should be used. I also reverted a change back to the Japanese name for that same reason.--70.49.81.140 (talk) 21:27, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
- Even if you don't like the name, or perceive it to be inaccurate, if it's the only English name, we go with it. That's why we have Dragon Warrior VII right next to Dragon Quest VIII. 98.194.143.132 (talk) 00:40, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- The user in question has reverted back to their preferred wording yet again. I have restored the old wording but I think a block may be in order since there is no way that they could not have realized that their edits have not been accepted.--70.49.81.140 (talk) 02:19, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
