Additional citations and unreliable sources
[edit]Saqib, please specify which claims need additional citations and which sources you find unreliable? Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 07:38, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- References 5, 9, 10, and 12 are clearly unreliable sources. Meanwhile half of the filmography table remains unsourced. — Saqib (talk I contribs) 07:43, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- Do Something Haute, BOL News or The Current get highlighted in red in the CiteHighlighter script or was there a previous discussion in RSN that deems them unreliable? If not, I believe they can be used to merely check their involvement in the TV series. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 07:52, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- Jeraxmoira, I suggest reviewing the sources yourself to assess their reliability and if the sources are found unreliable, they should not be used, regardless of whether the article is a BLP or not, and whether the content is controversial or not. — Saqib (talk I contribs) 07:57, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- Sources are also evaluated based on how, where and in what context they are being used. Don’t remove sources if you can’t justify why they are being removed. And, please don’t ask the community or other editors to review the sources themselves when the onus is on the editor who adds the maintenance tags to explain why they are being added. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 10:12, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- Jeraxmoira, It only takes a couple of minutes to check that BOL was deemed unreliable at RSN and Something Haute is a WordPress blog, as noted in this article. The same can be said for The Current. — Saqib (talk I contribs) 15:11, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
- Something Haute and The Current can be used to verify his involvement in the TV series as they are uncontroversial. BOL cannot be deemed unreliable based on a rough consensus from a single discussion that wasn’t closed. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 15:46, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
