Advertising language

In some parts, the article reads like an advertising brochure from the investors. Right in the first paragraph it states: "The development will also have a positive environmental impact, as it will help in stopping the erosion of Lagos State's coastline." The sentence can be understood as if the overall environmental impact is positive. That would be a pretty daring statement, as any project of this scale must have severe consequences for wildlife, no matter the circumstances.

Next, it goes on to say "Eko Atlantic is expected to rise as the next generation of property on the African continent". This is not really a meaningful sentence, it is enough to list the development goals. --Cebus (talk) 15:09, 16 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
