Trademark controversy

Well something is weird about the trademark thing. It says here that "...Mojang and Bethesda reached a settlement, in which Mojang would not trademark Scrolls". However if you go to www.scrolls.com and look at the bottom, you find "Scrolls is a trademark of Mojang". Could be they haven't fixed their webpage, yet, but it makes yuh wanna go Hmmmmmmm. Elder scrols tribute

Bethesda put into skyrim the "notched pickaxe" as a tribute to mojang during the lawsuit. Should this be mentioned?Trevor1324 (talk) 19:22, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

Genre?

This statement: [ Markus "Notch" Persson and Jakob Porsér were inspired by a missing genre; they wished to make a new type of game missing from the market. Jakob and Notch envisioned a game which included elements from collectible card games as well as traditional board games, which "would be a strategic game with a strong foundation in tactical game play" ]

Hopefully wasn't from them. There are plenty of games in this genre and it was not their invention. PoxNora is a reasonable example of this exact genre - and has been around for far longer. https://poxnora.station.sony.com/index.do

The logo

The name of the game is now "Caller's Bane", yet the logo on the page is still "Scrolls". Should this be changed? --Ælphanum3ric (talk) 04:17, 25 February 2019 (UTC)

I found the Caller's Bane logo and uploaded it as a non-free fair use image (here). It's now in use in the infobox. I'm not sure if the Scrolls logo should be included elsewhere on the page, but it's still available as it hasn't been deleted. TJScalzo (talk) 16:30, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
