Variation
[edit]Untitled
[edit]There was a variation of this game I saw where instead of the guy jacking off, it's a witch who strokes her broom. I don't remember anything else about it, but it's emulated.
- That's Philly Flasher. It's included in the article. --NetRolller 3D 22:10, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Beaee.jpg
[edit]Image:Beaee.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:25, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Proposed move to Beat'em & Eat'em or Beat'Em or Eat'Em
[edit]On the cover of the game, the title is clearly printed as "BEAT'EM & EAT'EM", in all caps, without spaces before the "'em"-s. So it might be a good idea to move this article to Beat'em and Eat'em, or maybe Beat'Em and Eat'Em. Please comment. Thank you. --NetRolller 3D 22:14, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
Reference to Monty Python's 'The Meaning of Life"
[edit]How can a game released October 13 1982 reference a movie released March 31 1983?
This needs clarification or removal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mayjachance (talk • contribs) 03:13, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
Cleanup
[edit]I've cleaned up the article, added sources and removed unsourced material. The date, for instance, Oct 13 1982, I could find no reference to whatsoever in reliable sources, and only one or two references at all outside Wikipedia. The year is well-known and referenced, so that stays. As for the Monty Python reference, given that the film was released in 1983, and the 1982 release date for the game is backed up by countless sources, something was wrong there, so that bit went. I doubt Mystique had access to a time machine! Just thought I'd clarify things from the edit summary. Mobius Clock 17:32, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
