System Requirements
[edit]I added the system requirements that were found on the demo page, assuming that they are the same for the full game (considering the demo is 1GB and the recommended HDD space is 5GB).
If someone wants to align it correctly for however small articles have them, that would be swell. Broden (talk) 12:15, 5 November 2011 (UTC)

Artic icecap melting
[edit]For accuracy, wouldn't it be the Antarctic ice shelf that is melting? Since the Arctic ice sits on water and has, therefore already displaced the ocean. comment added 16:07, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
OS X release
[edit]I see zero evidence that there is going to be a Q1 2012 release on OSX. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Anno_2070&oldid=445984594 is the revision where the information about being released on OSX appears, there was been no citation since, and no official information is available online to back up this claim. There are a few content farms rehashing this page, citation or not, that are not valid sources and a few 'journalism' pages that also do not provide citations. I believe that text and the appropriate links should be taken down to stop providing false hope to mac users like me. :( 4.59.160.2 (talk) 00:46, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- Since it is unsourced you are free to remove it if you wish. If it is in fact true then it can always be re-added later with a citation (that's the beauty of Wikipedia). Alphathon /'æɫfə.θɒn/ (talk) 00:56, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- Just got a confirmation from the facebook page. There will not be a Mac OSX release. 174.109.185.228 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 13:10, 8 December 2011 (UTC).
DRM
[edit]The "DRM" section was obviously not written by a native speaker. I'd change it, but I'm not actually sure I know what the section is about... someone who knows should do it. -- Imladros (talk) 04:32, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
- It seems perfectly fine to me.
"As of December 25 2012, Anno 2070 has been intergrated into Ubisoft's uPlay DRM software. Users can now permanently bind their copy of the game with a uPlay passport potentially allowing for unlimited activations on the same account." Can we get a reference for this or else mark it unverified somehow? It's phrased ambiguously as far as whether there are now truly unlimited activations or not and there's no link to trace this information back to any official source. Mikeoliva (talk) 21:11, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
I removed the above mention of being integrated into UPlay DRM 'potentially allowing for unlimited activations' as I was unable to find any source for this at all after numerous searches and the phrasing implied the TAGES DRM with activation limits may have been removed which does not appear to be the case still at this point. Mikeoliva (talk) 20:55, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- The section ist actually quite wrong, because you automatically regain 1 activation every 30 days. I can't find the original source atm, but it is mentioned here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2677124 So your copy is never "rendered useless". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.35.17.16 (talk) 13:22, 31 January 2013 (UTC)

Selling numbers?
[edit]Hi, any idea how many copies of Anno 2070 were sold until today or where to get the numbers from? Thanks and cheers, Horst-schlaemma (talk) 13:33, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
Screenshots
[edit]Some screenshots wouldn't hurt the article. Could anyone take some? Cheers Horst-schlaemma (talk) 12:15, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
