twitter account?
Should I add her twitter account on here? http://twitter.com/AnnaKendrick47 I checked and it looks official.--Yikola (talk) 10:21, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- No. How does something on Twitter "look official"? Wildhartlivie (talk) 04:08, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
- It's officially verified, see [1].—Chowbok ☠ 17:56, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
- I propose we add the link to her Twitter account under the "External Links" section on the page, as this would be the most appropriate place to put it, and she updates her account regularly so it would be worth linking to on the page. Any objections? DanielQueiros (talk) 08:27, 01 January 2013 (UTC)
- An old conversation here, so I've gone ahead and added it. Note the use of {{Twitter}} Elizium23 (talk) 19:27, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

mislabeled section
the table with her stage acting credit is mislabed as "television" 24.127.65.135 (talk) 15:21, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Too many noms?
I know she just got nominated for a lot of awards for the first time, but maybe editing that list of nominations she received for Up in the Air to maybe just like all of the ones she won, the academy award, bafta, the golden globe, sag ward, the broadcast film cc, and the new york and los angeles cc. Dflav1138 (talk) 01:32, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
- That isn't how we approach awards in WP:ACTOR. Picking and choosing one's list of what awards are listed is a POV approach and the nominations are not any less notable than the wins. Wildhartlivie (talk) 08:59, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
oscar-nomination in the title?
A lot of actors have it in the first line when they've been nominated for an oscar [just for example: Liam Neeson]. why doesn't she has that too? it could be added right after "best known for the role of Natalie Keener in the 2009 film Up in the Air" e.g. "which brought her an nomination for best supporting actress at the 2010 Academy Awards" (it was 2010, right?)
Personal life
Removed statement that she attends Bates College. She doesn't. And it was uncited. The citation from Variety is only for the list of inspirations; it contains no reference to Bates College. If anyone can find a reliable source for the Bates College attendance, I'll put it back. But all the sources I've read mentioning it are unreliable sources that duplicate Wikipedia or other sites. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jack Godell (talk • contribs) 04:33, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
Should there be something in here about her being in a long-term relationship with director Edgar Wright, or does Wikipedia only include relationships after marriage?Jack Godell (talk) 05:00, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
- As far as I'm aware, any notable relationships should be mentioned, but only if they have reliable sources - hence why relationships after marriage are more likely to be included. I did manage to find a reliable source for Kendrick's relationship with Edgar Wright, though, so I've added it in. 97198 (talk) 06:39, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
- I don't see anyone calling it a relationship - I removed it unless it is more widely reported we don't report dates. I also notice she is not mentioned on his bio. I think its over egging the pudding at present. Off2riorob (talk) 08:24, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
- The article I cited refers to Wright and Kendrick using the terms "dating", "girlfriend" and "going out with". I don't understand where the issue lies - are you disputing the specific use of the word "relationship", or are you disputing that they are/were dating? 97198 (talk) 08:32, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
- There's been no reply so I've re-added a sentence about their relationship with a second source (it even uses the word "relationship"!). 97198 (talk) 15:51, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Someone had edited Personal Life to say her relationship with Wright ended in 2010. There are numerous references available to show that is not so. And the end-relationship statement had no documentation. When I corrected entry to show relationship is ongoing, I added the September 2012 reference, which supplements the other reference as confirmation.Jack Godell (talk) 21:18, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
Career
The Career section is incorrectly subheaded. Calling the second subsection "Breakthrough," is both subjective and inaccurate. That subsection actually contains the entire rest of her career, not just her breakthrough. (And many would say Up in the Air, not Twilight, is her breakthrough.) Can someone familiar with typical BLP organization re-title that subsection (and divide it if suitable)? Jack Godell (talk) 14:12, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
Also, in the currently-titled Breakthrough section, isn't the following sentence off topic of the article? "Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg said that the characters Jessica Stanley and Lauren Mallory from the book were combined to create the role." It really has nothing to do with Kendrick or her participation in Twilight.96.248.119.185 (talk) 14:27, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
- You're both (assuming it's 2 different people) absolutely right. I, personally, see no reason for subheadings at this point, so I've removed them. --Musdan77 (talk) 23:55, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
Into the Woods in the lede
I'm not super familiar with the MOS for actors but I find it odd that Into the Woods is listed in the lede when it hasn't even been released yet. In all likelihood it will be a notable role in a notable film, but considering that its release date is supposedly fourteen months from now, seems a bit crystal-bally to me. Jonathanfu (talk) 03:45, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
Oscar nomination
Anna was nominated for an Oscar in 2009, not 2008 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.232.33.118 (talk) 03:44, 26 February 2014 (UTC)
- That is what the articles chart states as well. Pay attention to the lines that separate the years. She only had one award listing for 2008 and a ton for 2009, the 2009 is centered for the whole section that year. Chris1834 (talk) 05:45, 26 February 2014 (UTC)
Proficiency with the accordion?
Under the section "Early life" it says that in high school she was known for her proficiency with accordion. Reference is Z Lounge interview, and here is the moment when she talks about not playing any instrument, but mentions accordion and wikipedia... English is not my native, so just in case I'm wrong, can someone please look into this? --Zekoslavac (talk) 23:33, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
- As far as I can tell, you are correct. I edited the article to reflect the change. Chris1834 (talk) 23:48, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

Height
If what I put unsourced, then why you google or yahoo her it plainly saids 5'2 (1.57 m) if that's not sourced then what is? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Allen terry (talk • contribs) 16:10, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
- Well, if it was relevant, you would need to provide a reference for the source, but more importantly, according to Template:Infobox_person#Parameters, it is only used if the person is notable for their height, like an athlete or model. --Musdan77 (talk) 18:13, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

In the "Awards and Nominations" section, please change:
2010 > Teen Choice Awards > Choice Movie: Female Scene Stealer
From: Won
To: Nominated
This is because Ashley Greene actually won this award as referenced here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_Greene#Awards_and_nominations

Height
Her height is 5'2" according to IMDb. 180.190.183.21 (talk) 02:53, 14 April 2019 (UTC)
- So? Kendrick is an actress and isn't notable for her height, therefore it doesn't need to be listed. 4TheWynne(talk)(contribs) 06:32, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

split of filmography and discography
Nomination for split of filmography and discography to List of Anna Kendrick performances article.
Her works are notable and I believe it would suit well to have them in a separate article.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Samuelloveslennonstella (talk • contribs) 12:55, 9 June 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose Article is too small per WP:WHENSPLIT. Easier to maintain a single article than multiple ones so avoid splits unless necessary. Geraldo Perez (talk) 14:57, 9 June 2022 (UTC)
- Strong support The article is large enough to warrant it. It could be argeud that the charts currently are undue weight. ~ HAL333 21:57, 18 June 2022 (UTC)
- Article is 10 kB (1757 words) "readable prose size", excluding tables. WP:WHENSPLIT doesn't recommend a split until articles exceed 40 kb which this article isn't close to. Extracting the tables and a copy of the lead of this one to a separate article doesn't create a WP:GNG notable article. Geraldo Perez (talk) 22:14, 18 June 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose The article is perfectly navigable and readable as is, there is nothing to be gained and much to be lost by pulling it apart. Captainllama (talk) 19:24, 29 June 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose How notable her works are isn't really a reason to split to a list. Article is still easy to navigate as is. Chris1834 Talk 13:50, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose - the article is readable and not overburdened by the filmography and discography sections. -- Whpq (talk) 17:39, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose Article is not overwhelmed by the sections, nor is the article as a whole so long that it needs splitting. --Jayron32 17:42, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
I have removed the split tag. This discussion has been open for 3 months and there is no concensus for splitting. Whpq (talk) 11:34, 9 September 2022 (UTC)

X=As the page is. Y=Ass that she is an author to her occupation part, short description, main description and the category "Category:American women autobiographers" as Scrappy Little Nobody is her autobiography. 82.21.83.129 (talk) 15:39, 22 February 2024 (UTC)
- Not done: Since she is primarily notable as an actor and singer, and has only written 1 book, this seems like undue weight. For the category, she is already in both "American autobiographers" and "Women autobiographers". Jamedeus (talk) 01:24, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
