There's (almost) no way the dam is only 9 metres (30 ft) high. In the World Bank report currently in Further reading, the temporary dykes of September 1994 were 328 metres (1,076 ft) high (see p. 5). Snowman304|talk18:11, 15 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
